their car was advertised on car gurus website. When I phoned them and told them I wanted to buy the car, they told me it would cost over $1000 more than your advertise price. When I asked them what the heck was going on, the response was “I guarantee you somewhere in that ad and very fine print at the bottom it says the dealer may add fees“.
you are participating with them in a bait and switch scheme

This is because, they didn't have the vehicle cleaned up & tie low tire warning was on. Low tire pressure spoiled the test drive. No potential customer wants to get into a dirty car for a test drive .

Sales person lied about the condition of the car. I asked many questions making sure that my long drive will be for the right car. I asked many questions, indicating what I am looking for. The sale person lied that the car is in pristine condition, doesn’t have dents or scratches. I found out the hard way that the condition was very far from
What I was told (after 5 hrs of driving one way). Pictures didn’t get through, video conveniently skipped the parts of the car that were damaged.

Mike was extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this dealership. Absolutely no pressure sales tactics. We actually did not buy the 4Runner that we were looking at but Mike went above and beyond to help us. He was great.

Prompt automated response followed up the next day by an extremely unprofessional email from a sales rep to which I never responded. Hard to fault the entire dealership and their team over that, so 4 stars. My family has had great service from Royal Gate in the past, and I am sure this was someone very young and very new.

I drove pretty far to give this dealership an
oppurtunity. The Internet sales lady was nice
over the phone and through emails and promised
to take great care of me. I had no choice but to
bring my baby with me. After I had asked for
$900 off asking price and it wasn't a deal I shook
the salesman hand. I had the carseat in the car I
was wanting and I told him I needed it out. I felt
he retaliated bc I didn't buy the car. Did not even
unlock or open the door for me. I had to go back
inside and find him to unlock the car. The
kindness left after I would not pay sticker price.
he stood at the door and used the remote to
unlock. He watched me carry my baby, diaper
bag, purse, paperwork and open doors and carry
carseat to my vehicle alone. Maybe common
courtesy isn't important in customer service.

I called to get approved but the guy was supposed to get back with me. Never called or responded to email or phone calls. I got a hold of another salesperson to work with me. All they did was sent emails instead of calling. I called up there and the person wasn't there. Then 2hrs later I got a email saying they couldn't help me. Really? Worst place to work with.

They were trying to rush me into making the purchase
on the car without even looking at it. After I noticed that
there were quite a few problems with the car, they
stated to me that they would have their service
department check it out again but he assured me that
The car had already been checked out and there were
no problems with it. They wanted to commit to
purchasing the vehicle before they do any further
inspection. If anything I felt that they were trying to push
me into buying the car without fully reviewing all the
issues with the car. When I chose not to buy the car
they were very rude which is the reason why I will never
do business with them. With how pushy they were and
how defensive they were whenever I listed problems
with the car, it made me feel like they were trying to
hustle me! Anyone ever tries to rush you into something
obviously doesn't care about your future business!
