I looked over the truck, the right front tire is worn uneven. Signs of an alignment issue, the interior was disgusting never was clean well. Under the 3rd row seats and all the rear cup holders were never cleaned. Headliner has fingerprints all over it. Right headlight has Condensation in it. The driver door pops everytime you open it, needs a lower door hedge. Rear radio knobs are missing. Test driving the truck it pulls to the right. Also Scanned the truck for codes has a right rear speed sensor code in it.This truck is not worth $13999 not by a long shot. Even my bank said in GOOD CONDITION at most only $11400. This truck is no where near good condition, KBB says at most $13300 and on the low end $9600. Which i think thats all the truck is worth is $9600.

We drove 3 hours to the dealership for the 2007 Yukon XL 2500 and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone never came out to great us and he then drove away. Another salesman had to leave his customers to bring us the keys. Once we were able to check over the vehicle we were very disappointed in it's condition inside and out. I can't say that we had a great experience there.

The financial department was very rude, after he pulled my credit score, it’s in the 600’s- I’m working on it. He didn’t call me back, I had to call multiple times, then after he looked at my score he told me that there was nothing the dealership could do for me, in a very condescending way. With that being said I went elsewhere and was treated with dignity and respect and I paid cash for my vehicle, they missed out on a sale because they didn’t even ask me if I had other financial options. Thanks but no thanks. This place is definitely rude.

Was a great experience. the car has 100,000 miles less then my last Honda. The dealer has a lot of nice cars on the lot was not pushy at all and let me Cruz around for as long as I liked which I loved about them! cant wait too bring this baby home.

Car evidently had issues. It appeared to have an electrical short, perhaps a wheel bearing going bad and made a strange grinding sound from behind the dash. Price was low for a reason. None of this was mentioned by the seller.

Overall good experience. Somewhat knowledgeable on the cars, but seemed a bit too hands off and casual. Good selection and the service was kind and easy to get along with.

Hard to get ahold of., once I talked to some one and found out some info on vehicle, went to check out. Very nice, well organized lot.

Automated response email and when I asked a question there was no reply. I called the place to see if the car was still available and after trying about 3 different numbers I finally got through and the person very rudely and bluntly said the car was sold already.

Not very helpful they let me put on tags an clean off snow , gas tank was empty

It's a great place to buy a car, they don't pressure you. They give you the keys to any car and answer your questions and let you make up your own mind. And they always give you a great deal.

So far everything has been great. They're extremely patient. I purchase a car last week, I'm still waiting to have it transported. The owners have not complained one bit. I'll highly recommend these guys for your car. I will update my rating as soon as I receive the vehicle but, I'm confident that the car is everything that I expect.

Great experience! I arrived an hour before closing and the sales manager stayed late to finalize our purchase. Very helpful with advice on what size load the vehicle could handle, where else to shop for camper and even good places to eat since we were from out of town. Will definitely try to buy another vehicle here in the future!

The jeep had frame issues and would not pass inspection. I wasted an afternoon driving to look at it.

dealer not willing to send pics of underside of vehicle , claims there is very little room to get under vehicle , the vehicle of interest is a full size SUV with factory specs of over 10" of ground clearance.
