They offered *nothing* for my trade in where other dealerships offered $4-5k. There was also some unnecessary back & forth about the availability and lies were told. Prices were changed. All in all 0/10. Do not recommend.

I called regarding a 2025 GC L. Price advertised was $36k with MSRP of $52k. Salesman was very polite and I sent him proof of being a Jeep owner. I asked him to write up the contract and send me a copy. Salesman called back and said Mgr just went into a meeting. 2 hrs later salesman called me back and said the price of vehicle posted included all available incentives and my price would be $47k + TTL. Essentially they post a price to get people to call and then never honor the advertised price.

I contacted them about purchasing this vehicle. I was told that a manager would be in contact with me because I would have been an out of state purchaser but I never heard back from them, so apparently they were not interested in selling this vehicle to an out of state person. I would’ve traveled to purchase the car, but apparently they did not want my business.
when they sell a vehicle they drop the price on the listing significantly so that you call and they tell you it’s sold and try to manipulate you into buying another car. lame bait and switch tactic.

They reached out but vehicle had been sold but still on website days after
I was contacted and then told there was an automatic dealer markup of $1,500 so what is advertised on the website if NOT correct. I
think it is a big rip off for sure so did not even consider going to look at the car. At least they were honest about the mark-up and I didn't
have to waste my time going over there.
Very responsive. Very quick with everything. Unfortunately the car I was looking at sold before I could finalize my payments but I will definitely keep an eye out on their inventory.

Set up an appointment to buy a vehicle and they sold it before I got there and never contacted me. I drove an hour to get there, missed a day of work for nothing. Sales staff was rude and unwelcoming.

my sales person was onestly the best they have, i did buy the truck, but the financial departament guy suck big yime the worse i ever deal with, the way he treat me wen i ask wy did you stuck a warranty with aut say anithing? hoo he din't like it, after that my sales rep en up doing hes job, short story long, apx 8 days after i bugth the pick up, truck need some work done so there we go to ghe shop, 2 day later i have my truck back from the shop and here we are spending money i din't have to, caling clients sorry my trucknis broken lets reschedule are apt and it gos on and on, i won't buy here ever again based on my own experience.

Great follow-up by the salesperson but we specifically asked her to check the car for smoke smell
before we drove out to see it and she assured us it did not smell like smoke. We drove out and took
half a second to figure out that it was definitely a smokers car. Wasted a trip.

Poor experience. Did not take us seriously as potential buyers. Multiple pricing on different websites. Only wanted to offer or acknowledge the highest price. No return phone call from general manager. Signal sent of poor customer service and signal received, do not intend to pursue further business with this organization. The price that Dallas Chrysler Jeep Dodge posted on Car Gurus was not the price that they gave me at the dealership they were trying charge about 15,000 more at the dealership.. the salesman was very arrogant and rude.. this dealership does not portray any honesty, we don’t deal with liars so we walked out!

The salesman Valentine was excellent; not only did he know the product, but more importantly was patient. He clearly understands the business and what makes a business thrive. He and I had
been conversing via phone for about a week. He knew I was driving four hours to come to see the vehicle, and if things went well, go home with the car.
However, I had to deal with a gentleman name Brad Ford. To say Brad destroyed the trust and confidence I had in the dealership is an understatement. Not only does he not understand what
customer service is, he has no manners whatsoever. Never in my life when I've gone into a dealership, have I felt so insulted and belittled.
From the moment our interaction began, I could see that his demeanor was not one you usually find at dealerships, his arrogance and lack of tact speak volumes about him.

Really liked this dealership. They had a large selection of trucks for me to choose from and had the best price anywhere. I searched the internet and looked at hundreds of trucks before I went to Dallas dodge . My salesman was great. Very knowledgeable and no high pressure. Even bought my lunch . I got a brand new Dodge Ram cheaper than all the used ones I had been looking at ! Couldn’t be happier. Great people from beginning to end of my buying experience. !!

Very bad customer service. They lied about the internet price. Once I was in the showroom, the price became higher with all the added options.
The sales person made me wait in the Texas heat for 10 minutes while he is getting the key for the jeep and he didn't seem to care. I had to go back to the showroom and have them search for him.
I will never go back there again and will not advise anyone I know to go there.

I drove 100 miles to view and test drive a 2015
Dodge Challenger that was confirmed by phone
to be a "non-smoker". To my disappointment, the
vehicle smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and
had not been cleaned. The staff was neither
engaged nor willing to negotiate at all. I will not
make the mistake of contacting this dealership
again.

The truck was on the market like it was ready to be looked at. The truck didn’t even go through the service dept when I was told it was available to look at. The battery wasn’t connected. Just a horrible experience from sales and just the whole customer service side of things that the dealership doesn’t get. I just got the run around, pretty much wasted my time dealing with Dallas Dodge.

went for a jeep compass, worked with two different salesman, both weren't
good, and not educated on the vehicle and warranties. very pushy. added on
a certification to the price that should not have been included, took it off and
acted like i was getting a good deal. could be better salesman there but i

I was contacted by the dealership very quickly after I inquired about the
vehicle. The vehicle was just as described and ready for us to test drive
when we arrived. The staff was very courteous and after the necessary
purchasing paperwork, the dealership detailed the already very clean car
before we left. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Told the dealer what price I was looking for on a car over the phone due to the distance of the dealership from me. The salesman who returned my call said they could get pretty close to my spending limit. Upon arriving at the dealership and going through the steps I realized the salesman flat out lied just to get me to come to the dealership in person and was several thousand off what he had told me. I did not buy the car from this dealership.

Sales Rep stated another couple was coming to look at the vehicle from
out of town. I requested to be notified if the vehicle sold as I was unable to
make it to the dealership at that time. Then his supervisor calls me trying to
get me out to the dealership before the people that were coming to buy the
vehicle. Again, I already told the sales rep I was not able and that I was at
work so why would you have your supervisor call to try and push me into
coming when I wasn't able to come? I really like the vehicle and am
interested in purchasing it, but not in pushy sales reps.....

Better than average.
Likable salesmen. Nice, huge facility, does NOT smell like smoke.
Took 3 minutes to reach a deal, then seemingly interminable time before
we could leave.
Way overpriced extended warranty, but negotiated lower.
At very end, the contract had unrequested, unmentioned $200 add on
for kit of shines & fabric treatment. Also OVER $100 document fee (this
is negotiable per consumer reports - it is NOT a government required
fee).
I’d been there so long, I just signed the contract. We bought a one year
old Pacifica - good price, great car, on first visit.
Car prep was spotless - left with a full tank of gas.
Summary: Dont let time drag on too long, watch out for final contract
add on.

Timely response to my initial request, however when I inquired about specific features with the salesman, there was a delay of a couple of hours. While waiting, I inquired with another location about similar vehicle. Their response time was much quicker. I ended up purchasing the vehicle from a different location.

Met with Chris Lenges and he was very professional. He had the Tahoe ready
for a test drive and quickly crunched some numbers for me. He didn't hold me
there or anything and I appreciate that. He is his team do a great job at Dallas

I called 3 time 3 different days - they returned the call after 3 days and sold the car. The manager and sales rep had promised to return the cal and did not.

It went very smoothly but time consuming during the financial part of the deal. Which should not have been considering we paid in cash.
When we decided to go through with the purchase we asked that the car be cleaned and it was not cleaned well. It was spray with some industrialized deodorant
But the dog biscuit crumbs and dog hairs remained.
IJ, our salesman was great. He stayed in steady contact with us and was all the help we needed to make the transaction.

high pressure sales tactics, They take your keys ( to inspect the vehicle for trade in) and never give them back to you even when you ask for them and tell them youwant to
walk away from the deal. They eventual reach terms you can live with but it takes forever they keep you waiting longer after each refusal.

Sales consultant provided good customer service. Finance
department was speedy but rude and unprofessional when it came
time to complete the paperwork. Not a good experience overall but
satisfied with the car itself.
