Overall, very positive experience. Friendly and responsive.
The staff at Classic Toyota of Tyler, TX exemplifies how a dealer should treat their clients, regardless of inventory. They should change their name to “Class Act” Toyota because that’s what they are. Their dedication is what lead to my luck in finding my Sienna. I submitted an inquiry late Saturday and rather than an automated response Doug Franklin took the time after hours to reply. I’d been dealing with dealers all day (50+ emails) so I was a bit curt in my response, but, Woody Woodruff responded .on SUNDAY, his day off, Throughout the ENTIRE process, there was ZERO pressure, ZERO hassle, ZERO added nonsense.  Everyone was transparent and up front about everything and they were very respectful of my time during every aspect of the process. Unlike the majority of dealers I’ve encountered, they didn’t  care I had no trade, I had my own financing, I wasn’t interested in add ons, or I was from out of town. All they cared about was that I was a Customer that chose them.

Randy helped us get our new car. He was great! Very helpful with getting us the info we needed and even went as far as to facetime with us so we could see the car without having to make the 3.5 hour drive up to Tyler.

Anthony and Devon where typical dealers to put pressure on a person to sell now but where flexible and nice
I went to visit this dealership on Saturday. The sales man that I talked with was very nice and friendly. I requested that they O-Zone the vehicle since there was a bad smoke smell in it. They said they would do it Monday. I never heard back from them. When I called in again on Wednesday they told me it’s sold.

Very friendly, but the price went up about $4000 over night...the price was 10,900 or 11,900... then I never heard back from them the next day, so I checked to see if it had been sold and they had the price at $15,900. Which is why they weren’t interested in contacting me.

Contact at dealer waited until I was on my way from Dallas to Tyler to
inform me the car we'd been discussing for days was suddenly gone. On
a Tuesday. After she'd already texted me to make sure I was coming so
she "could make sure the car was still there and ready" for me. After I
responded, she never replied or tried to offer assistance in any other way.
A completely unprofessional and uncaring representation of a dealership.
