if i could leave 0 stars i would. avoid this place, got helped by Austin & Eduardo and were particularly respectful but rude, and paid 30% more of what the vehicles price was listed. told them they could only run my credit twice yet they decided to run it 6 times. do not be fooled by their awards. called Austin to ask a replacement on the tail light that was broken . and the sun-visor (both passenger side) that Austin was pushing up on the test drive hoping i wouldn't notice? he said to call him if i needed anything, i called, he said he’ll call back to check with his manager, and never did. considering that i paid a lot more for the truck than its retail value. to add on top the tires were basically gone (did not receive tires on purchase) and the only thing they actually did was having clean oil on the truck, but other then that would not recommend coming here, or at least bring someone with you. btw spent almost 4 hours.
and Eduardo added warranties even tho i told him not to. :)

This dealership definitely has deceptive practices and no integrity for their sale. I was looking at a used vehicle that was reported to have no accidents it was only by the grace of God I was able to see the car days after it’s arrival, and ir clearly had been hit and suffered what looked like considerable damage, which the manager had every intention of fixing but not reporting to any other buyers or adjusting the price on an already overpriced vehicle accordingly. I had ask over 5 times if the work they did would be guaranteed; it was only after I stopped responding and it was fixed that they provided any kind of warranty for their work. According to their finance manager even if you come in with your own financing they won’t accepting it unless they get the opportunity to run your credit and meet the rates you have. Whole experience was a waste of time. And the management team is not trustworthy
I found the truck I wanted and made the trip to the dealership. I worked with them to have as much negotiation and pre-work done in advance. I had a pre-approval from a home bank. They offered to try and beat my rate, but were unable to. My trade in had some damage to the roof that lowered my value, but we were able to come to an agreement. Spent a good amount of time waiting for my time in finance, but it wasn't the end of the world. We spent about three hours at the dealership start to finish. Gabriela called us the next day to check in, and make sure we were happy with the truck. Was a nice customer service gesture. I would consider them for future purchases if they had the vehicle I was looking for.

Great experience! Dungy was great and did not waste my time. Will recommend this location and him to anyone searching for a vehicle. I felt like I was seen and understood as a customer. I wasn't forced to get into a vehicle that I didn't want and was able to drive away in the vehicle I went there for 10/10 I recommend.

Easy to do business with, upfront on pricing, good overall experience
If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales person I had name was Raymond. I went in to purchase a 2023 Malibu. Raymond was very dishonest. The car I went in for was there. I looked nice but didn't drive good. I repeatedly asked have the car been wrecked and he said no. I asked to see the carfax and he stated that he still didn't think the car had been wrecked and it had been. He just tried to rush the process by telling me anything. I didn't trust a word he said. He processed to show me another car which clearly I could see it's price said 18,000, but he said he could give it to me for 20,000. When I mentioned this he claimed he could get me as close to that as he could. He was very dishonest about a lot of the questions I had. I wouldn't trust this guy at all!!!

Almost everything was done over the phone Chloe was great she was super helpful! No frills here everything is straight business and very painless car buying process. Chloe went out of her way to reach out on her day off she was great and overall the sales team was great! I have no complaints they had me in and out ASAP in the vehicle I wanted at a great price! Nothing but good things from them I will be buying from them in the future! They truly do want to help put you in the vehicle you want I highly recommend them and Chloe for sales!

The dealer and staff were very friendly and responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I really enjoyed how I was treated by the staff at this dealership. The only reason I didn’t buy the car is because State Farm is taking entirely too long to issue the check fro my 2023 ZL1 that was stolen in Dallas. Otherwise I would have bought this car from the great staff at this dealership l.

Rodney at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine was the real deal. He helped me get into this beautiful truck and was very helpful from test drive to singing paperwork. My fiancé was not thrilled about spending most of the day at the dealership but Rodney made it as painless as possible. So much show that he will likely buy from him when he is ready for a new truck. Classic Chevrolet just earned lifetime business from this family.

We did not get into negotiations because I had agreed on a purchase with another dealer. They were ready to start making me happy. It was a short relationship.
Troy Scott did an awesome job assisting me with the purchase of this automobile. Constance was very professional during my visit to this dealership. The staff were friendly and courteous....I walked away a very satisfied customer. You must check them out when looking for good automobile deals.

Not a yellow Jeep as you stated but blue. Dealer responded next day. I asked for some more pictures of the jeep, he sent a video which was better. Definitely a go to dealer.

Be prepared for the used car manager to low ball your trade. The usual, low offer and “if I can just gat you 1,000 more will you take it?” They offered wholesale on my 2017 vehicle, 5,000 below retail and 4,000 below private party fair price according to KBB. This is the 3-4 time I’ve given this dealer a chance to sell me a used Corvette on a retail to private party trade and they low ball every time. I will not contact them again.

Tim Kelley was quick to respond to my special requests for special photos and more information. The Sales
Manager also contacted me to make sure I was receiving proper service, and though I did not purchase this
particular vehicle, I have asked Tim to keep an eye out for another to come along and I would purchase from
Classic for sure if the deal and vehicle are right for me.

Sir, I researched the details of your offer. Our sale price was 47k$. Your offer was 46k$. We were willing to accept 46k$ plus TT&L. But you wanted to be at 46k$ total. That put us about $3,200 apart. We did not turn down an offer that was the same as what we were asking for it. In fact we offered you the vehicle for $1,000 less than our advertised price. And we will still honor that for you sir. The issue of race is not a factor in the way we conduct business, and it never has been.

I purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLT last year and was greeted
and treated with dignity and respect from every person on the lot. Lynn
Carter was a HUGE help. This year (with us expecting our 3rd child) we
decided it was time to upgrade and "up size" my wife's car. I saw that
Classic of Grapevine had what we were looking for online. So i contacted
Lynn. Unfortunately the vehicle was being sold as we spoke on the phone.
Lynn went out of his way to try and find us what we were looking for.
Sending emails, making phone calls he kept us in the know. However we
were unable to purchase from them since they did not have what we were
looking for. With that said, I do not fault Classic of Grapevine for that. I
applaud them. Exceptional group of people they have there.

They weren't very interested in helping me when I said I wasn't in the immediate market for a car.
They had real old school approach to selling used cars. All they were interested in was getting my phone number. Plus the sales people were wearing shorts and I thought that was too casual.

Mgt harassed me to provide unneeded documentation to waive sales tax since the vehicle will be used by my disabled wife. Form 14-318 was supplied which waives sales tax and the dealer's responsibility to collect it. This was not a problem for me, but other disabled people may and probably would have difficulty providing this unnecessary documentation.. When I complained about this, the sales manager told me he "did not want to do business with us.". This would have been fine with me, but based on the WRITTEN offer to sell by Classic, I had the lift system REMOVED from my profoundly disabled wife's previous vehicle and the third row seat reinstalled. Additionally, I put the previous vehicle for sale on a used car lot. Consequently, if I had not calmed down this irate sales manager, my wife would have been without independent transportation for an indefinite period. Threatening to welch on a legitimate "offer to sell" would have been a contrary to the Universal Commercial Code. This dealership is off my radar forever.

The vehicle we were looking at was sold before we sent out the
request but the dealer reached out and over a couple of weeks found
us another vehicle. We ended up purchasing elsewhere but these
