A joke of a dealership. You look at the price history of the vehicle starts out at 56k for this white jeep SRT then the price goes down to 50k then back up to 56k. So I ask what can we do about the price because obviously it’s almost 3 grand over market value. She Says no that’s best price we can do. Then when I ask the non knowledgeable woman on the phone why, she doesn’t even know why. She says I guess the computer software we have automatically adjusts the price. Then proceeds to tell me well the tariffs going on today has something to do with it too. That doesn’t even make sense. Then contacts me the next day, saying I reengaged with car gurus that’s why she messaging me. Which is completely false, then lies to me about what she said on the phone the previous day about tariffs. Like why would I make that some random stupid false statement about tariffs. Get some knowledge and stop lying and screwing people over on price claiming you’re a good dealership.

They said get me into perfect car for me. I said the one ipicked was it. Theyset appt for 3 days later. Saturday I texted to be sure it was held. Drove almost an hour and they said it was sold. Felt like a bait and switch. Then tried to sell us a cheaper car with no test drive because it wasn't road worthy. I think they thought we couldn't get financing because of the way we looked, but we were paying cash!

Got back to within 24 hours and they sent me the pictures they didn’t post on CarGurus. Wrong color for me so I wasn’t interested.

After sending a request they contacted me fairly quickly and the sales lady I spoke with was able to answer all my questions. A day or two later the sales manager did a follow up. Very professional thus far.

The dealer did call us about our inquiry. Dealer Handling cost was reasonable but the car
was overvalued by Edmunds and CarGurus appraisal. They were unwilling to negotiate.
We are now considering a NEW Hyundai AWD Kona from a local Colorado dealer that we
trust at little additional cost.

I had a poor experience at green nissan. The people were unfriendly, when asked about their vehicle price the were in negotiable even though cargurus had the price nearly 2000 over fair market value. When I told them I was. I longer interested they have continued to call and ask if I was still interested two more times. I felt they were unfriendly, and hard to deal with.

BUYER BEWARE! this dealership will lie and tell you what you want to
hear to make a deal. Prices quoted on the phone and reality are two
different things at this dealer.
Parts that were requested to be installed were not only mis quoted on
price upon arrival...but they were installed incorrectly as well.
worked for a week to make a purchase...drove a great distance to get
there...and they still were unprepared to close the deal.
Will not send anyone I know to this dealer. And I will never make another
purchase there.
Do yourself a favor.....keep shopping until you find a better Nissan Dealer.
They communicated well, promptly and were polite. Willing to deal, but didn't
have the vehicle I wanted.

it took several attempts to get information on a truck they had listed. There was no photos of the vehicle. Brian sent me several pictures from his phone, but there wasn't enough to show me what I wanted to see.

last I heard from them… AFTER saying they would like to
have my trade in their used car line up, please send your
phone number and we will not drive you crazy with phone calls.
I answered, sent 4 I Pad pictures of my Buick Enclave and
more information….. but no phone number… NO response for
the past 10? days… even to another short inquiry back to
them. Checked with a friend of mine in Kalispell who bought a
unit from them.. said HE had some customer service problems
but then got better..????
