Had to talk to 5 different people, none of them ever saved my information, they would call me over and over to ask the same stupid questions. Vehicle was sold and I had to call back to find out my self. They proceeded to continue to call me over and over even after the vehicile was sold and i told them repeatedly to take me off the call list. Absolutely incompetent

Bad very bad, we had an
appointment to see this car, I'm 1 hr
drive away and which I did tell them.
As I was omw, received text to
confirm meeting. I got there on time
and salesman Jorge Ibarra, wasn't
there, but on his way , we'll 1 hour
latter the guy did appeared just to
tell me car was sold yesterday
afternoon. All the staff involved,
from the reception to salesman
failed to inform me about the sale of
the car. Why would the be calling
and have me waiting if the car was
sold. Very unprofessional all
personnel involved.

I was upfront with them about my credit, the vehicle I wanted, and discounts I knew about. They offerred great discounts, but at the end they didn't keep their word. They turned everything around and said they didn't know anything about educator discounts or the Chevrolet incentives I was talking about. The internet went down and they kept all my information and told me they'd call me the nxt day with numbers. They never bothered.

I was contacted within 24hours although the representative reaching
out to me was unaware of my specific request. This dealership would
not conduct business electronically, they were insistent that I need to
come in for a test drive. The individual that was emailing me from the
company did not put me in contact with a salesman
