They have a non-negotiable $3000 "Customer Care" fee they add onto every used vehicle. Then all of the other fees they add on. (tags,
dealer prep..ect.). When you see the sticker price, add an additional $4500 to get the actual price. Then add taxes. The vehicle I was looking
into instantly became over priced with the extra fees.

Too many high fees, this dealer will definitely try to get you, even though they were nice and respectful they have hidden agendas to make you pay extra

There was 2500.00 in additional fees and they offered us a low figure for trade in only to contact us the
next day to offer 2,000 more for the trade but raised the price of the car to still include the 2500. "care"
package which we did not want. My husband had gone in the day before we went to look at the car and
specifically asked about additional fees and they did not mention that. We were told its online if you
search in details. This is one reason we stay away from dealerships but tries to do our due diligence.

All I have done at this point is spoken to them but, thus far, I have enjoyed my experience
Whole process took way too long considering I had an appointment, 6 hours yeah 6 hours , I bought my last car through text messages and they dropped it off from across the state and with the paperwork it still only took 3.5 hours so explain that,,,,this car needed cleaning and was only kind of detailed, was pretty put off by that , then with in 24 hours I noticed problems with the car that 100% would be caught by the supposed 164 point inspection , still seeing how those problems get delt with will change rating if Im not charged for any of those issues getting fixed.

in 2785, and listen to how RUDE the people representing you are. Your AGM should
not be in retail. And on your HOLD MUSIC, you pride yourself on being the Number 1
in customer service. What a joke.
I had a terrible experience with the dealership. The service was horrible and the
salesmen were rude. I needed help getting a straight answer about the availability of
a car and was subject to bait-and-switch tactics. I also experienced bullying from a
salesman and was treated rudely by an Assistant General Manager. They ultimately
refunded the 3k deposit I had put down. Ramon is a terrible salesman. I did give
positive feedback to a couple of employees, a lady at the front desk and a gentleman
named Diego. Ended up buying a Prestige model from a dealer in Miami, no hastle,
no sneaky prices, and definitely treated with professionalism.
I told them from day one what I was working with and how far I had to travel. I received a text Saturday morning I needed to be there to evaluate my trade. Drove 6 hours and the car I wanted was sold the previous day. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION THE ENTIRE TIME. Wouldn’t recommend

Best car buying experience ever !! After being sold a bad car at Hgreg,city Kia went over & beyond !! I bought the same car , mint condition.. my sales guy was Wil , Jon the sales manager were awesome they worked with me , and went hard to get me the BEST deal possible… I love my car, I’d recommend City Kia to anyone looking to buy rite now. Carguru lead me to them , an internet sales Marie called setup my appt and I’m soo glad I did … they didn’t disappoint… ❤️
I was interested in purchasing the 2023 Kia Sportage Prestige with the red interior. After talking for two days and waiting on the information from the dealership to purchase the car Brenda never emailed me back. The following day another lady answered and told me I was not “priority” for the managers or the sale because I wasn’t physically there. The process was frustrating and I still haven’t received a call back, their service was terrible. If you are from out of town I recommend you looking elsewhere!

They were very cordial it was fine.
This car is at auction. Was told by the rep over the phone we'd be able to test drive this car. I told them it was over an hour away and wanted to be sure. I was assured. Showed up to the dealership and the salesman I was supposed to meet "Joel" wasn't there and the car was sent to auction. Horrible communication. The staff at the dealership however was curtious and polite and very professional.

They had already sold the car approx a month ago and still
contacted me like they had it. I went to a local dealer in Ga to see
if I could get it shipped here from Orlando since the Ga dealership
didnât have the turbo vehicle. When I called to verify it was on the
lot, I was told they would walk the lot to see. Several hours later,
they called and said it had been sold several weeks ago. They
need to be honest about what they have available and when
someone makes an inquiry, they should tell them up front that the
vehicle is sold and not available if they no longer have it. It wasnât
sold days before I contacted them, it was weeks. More than
enough time to take down the ad and at least tell people who
inquired it that it had already sold.

"Good afternoon. Thank you for allowing us to work with you on your vehicle purchase and please accept our apologies for the lack of responsiveness from select members of our staff. Our clients are always a priority and it is not our intent for any of our valued guests to feel as you have outlined in your review.
We contacted city kia and dealt with Brenda Ayala in the internet department and she worked out all of tge details of the purchase because we live 90 miles away. She scheduled for us to come in the next day including emails that the car was getting detailed and would be ready when we arrived. When we arrived Jamie Baca met us and told us that the car had been sold already but they could get us another car from a different dealership at $350 our expense, we agreed and gave them a deposit. We did not hear back from them and after a week asked them to credit our deposit back but instead they charged our card again. We since bought the same car for cheaper and the dealership delivered it to us.

They offer you the lowest possible price for
your trade and charge you the highest price
possible for their vehicle. The cars I went to
see which were on their websites were
already sold, but still said available on their
website.
Excellent experience, this dealership does everything right. No dealer games and upfront professional service from the sales team. They provided all the information I needed to make my decision off site, processed my paperwork and delivered the car to me. This dealership is different and it shows.
The extra $800 makes it not so great a deal. The internet price was $8990. After test driving it they gave me a paper with the price of $9995 . I called them out on the math and they gave me another paper with yet another number on it...saying sorry..they just adjusted the price. Felt totally shady. Loved the car but not the shadiness!

Everyone we encountered at City Kia was very friendly! Josh Helms, our salesman was AWESOME! No high pressure sales -- just plain good people skills! I live quite a distance from City Kia and so I called ahead of time o inquire about the car, including out the door pricing. I was given all the information I needed to make a decision to drive over or not. Josh had to work really hard to get us what we expected , but he amazingly did it! Would definitely return to Josh Helms and City Kia for our next vehicle!

This dealership lacks any credibility. It took three emails for them to tell me the $899 dealer fee. I decided to stop by and check out a vehicle I was interested in. I was greeted by friendly showroom staff. While looking at the vehicle, I noticed that the advertised price did not include reconditioning. For a relatively new vehicle without accidents, this should be minimal. I asked what the reconditioning fee was. The associate went to the sales manager to ask. After 45 minutes I was given a report showing routine maintenance totaling $318. With all the reports, I was given a page with the final price which was $2010 higher than the advertised price. This still did not include fees. I did not test drive the vehicle because it was EMPTY! They did offer to get gas though. The sales manager or whatever is the only person to go over anything financial. They also sound an air raid siren at every sale! TACKY!!! AVOID this dealer!

Experience was pretty good. I was highly disappointed in the delivery of the vehicle. When I drove off and got onto the highway. The gas light came on. It was at that point that I realized that the dealer had not provided at least a half a tank of fuel. I traded in a vehicle with at least that amount. Even if I hadn't. The best customer service experience would have been to have a full tank of fuel. The worst was to have drive off and damn near run out of gas! They could do much better.
