After we brought the car home, a check coolant alert showed on the car’s dashboard. Took it to our mechanic and found the car had been leaking oil and coolant. Contacted the dealership regarding the problem and still no resolution.
I spent about a week, 2-3 hours a day, looking for a car and wanted a dealer who could help with financing, had a good selection, and great reviews. That’s how I found this dealership. I bought a car here with Bryan's help. He was polite, professional, and even let me test drive the car by myself, which was awesome since I’ve never experienced such trust before. Bryan didn't pressure me or push any sales; he just let me decide. The car is in good condition and great value for the price. They’re confident in their cars, even offering a 2-year warranty for a small fee, which you can add up to a month later.
Overall, a fantastic place to buy a car—great selection, value, and service. No pressure, no rude staff. They can also help you get financing regardless of your credit score, even if it's bad. They also assisted me with insurance. If you decide to buy here, don’t hesitate—I'm someone who checks things thoroughly before making a decision!
Very great communication and very professional. Straight forward person and doesn't sugarcoat anything. I like that he's honest enough to let you if you qualify. And asks a he's a time if he can run your credit score. He does he's best to try to get you to what you're asking for. Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase at the time. But best believe I saved the contact and website. So when I know I can I'm definitely going to purchase something. Both the sales manager and assistant very professional. And do what they can with each customer accordingly to their own credit score. I highly recommend them. Very outstanding job on keeping you updated from a text, email or phone call. Even does all three in one day. Thanks for taking time to help me and for trying to get me what I asked for. I appreciate it everyone

Leonardo (Leo) was fantastic! He was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. He truly went above and beyond to try and make a deal while also keeping my best interests front of mind. Leo asked a coworker to put their deal on hold in order to work out numbers for me! When I told him he didn’t have to do that he said he didn’t mind making his coworker mad at him if it meant I could get into my dream car. I was unfortunately out bid in the end :( but would 100% reach out to Mundo again if they were to get another Jaguar in stock.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Michael and Ross at City Fine Cars. We came in for one car and ended up leaving with another. They hooked my parents up with their new suv and made the whole process from a-z without any funny gimmicks and no hidden fees. Will definitely return when it’s my turn to get a car and 10/10 recommend.

Bought a car from here about 4 months ago. Be very careful when dealing with them they know how to hold DMV fee’s until it is almost late. Their cars are junk. I have spent over 5k fixing it

Good
This started out good but turned bad after I actually got the car, the was supposed to be in great condition and I was assured it was looked at but it has now already racked up over 3k in repairs after I took it in for an oil change and inspection, the tires where old, it need major services which hadn’t been done , new brakes and new spark plugs among a few other little things. Also check your license plates, when they added their plate frames they thought it was a good idea to use long sheet metal screws which went into the body past the plate frame. This dealer obviously is just trying to dump cars on people and don’t care what they are selling, don’t trust the other reviews.
