Kinda of weird when I pulled up. But I went in and inquired about the vehicle he explained how their system works. He gave me the keys i looked at it and I could have test drove it but I didn't. They are an all cash dealer no financing at all.

Very Friendly. They weren't too "pushy" trying to get the sale. They gave us some room to check out the cars on there lot. Love it so much, we bought a car from them!

Pleasant friendly and helpful

This was a small dealership and were very upfront with the vehicle I bought. The tires were in poor condition and there were other minor issues including the vehicle was not clean inside. We agreed on a discount to allow for new tires and the other minor repairs I will have done at a later time. It is a laid back office with NO pressure and no attempts to sell me "extra" unnecessary stuff. What a relief ! My least favorite part of looking at vehicles. The discounted price we agreed on was the final price, nothing added. It was a pleasure working with this dealership and I plan to return if I decide to get another vehicle. The only drawback was they wanted cash upfront or a loan to be prearranged with a banker. They do not make the loans onsite. Other than that it was a fun experience.

They failed to do ANY points check what so ever. I drive the car home 60+ miles with NO oil. The following day the serpentine belt broke. Yes the car is in a great shape but I feel if you don’t even check the oil or do a safety inspection how in the heck can you say the car is in EXCELLENT condition! 2 thumbs down! Glad my husband knows what he’s doing.

I called them lady took my # but I never heard bk from her. Although she was nice!

I dealt with Matthew, the salesperson at this small used car dealership. He was very respectful, straight forward and honest. We really appreciated that we felt no pressure to purchase during our experience. It was very laid back and comfortable. The Hyundai we were looking at was very nice, but we unfortunately couldn't get it financed through our bank... this dealer does not offer any financing through them so going through your own bank is about your only option. Although we decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere, my experience at this dealership was exceptional and I will certainly be returning when I am in the market for another car.

They responded to my questions and invited me to come by the dealership for a test drive. The vehicle we wanted was already sold.

**WARNING** VEHICALS NOT AS LISTED Nice people though, no pressure sales. Just have YOUR mechanic check it out AND go over ever square inch of the vehicle. Got in one we were interested in buying, upon sitting in the driver's seat 1) busted sunroof 2) glove box falls off 3) steering wheel leather peeling etc...

This dealership does not prep a vehicle for show at all. The engine was running very rough and I thought it was going to stall at any second when I started it to hear the engine run. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealer!

I asked info about financing, and I got a really drab response wanting to know when I could go down for a test drive. I at least expected something that in someway resembled a response to the question that I asked. That shows very little attention to detail. I live 2 hours away from Colorado Springs and asked questions that would basically determine whether or not I would make the drive

For a car that's been sitting on CarGurus as long as it has, they were sure to act slow about getting my information where it needed to be (and send it to the wrong place anyway) and referred me to a bank for financing that was an epic waste of time and resources.

Excellent experience and a great deal

I didn't buy a car from here - yet. Charlie seems like a real straight shooter and his prices are reasonable. I will check his inventory the next time I'm looking for a used car.
