for some reason. Communicated by email. Texts weren't going through. He said he texted me pics, but nothing
ever came through. Not sure what went wrong. They never followed up after that. This truck had what I
wanted, but I drove another hour the other direction to buy a truck because I couldn't get pictures and a
response.

Good precentation
I stopped in and drove this vehicle on Saturday April 19th at 1:30pm. Great car! Spoke with Albir the sales rep. I told him I would go through my own bank, they were closed so it would be Monday morning. He said he would hold the vehicle for $300. I asked if there were any situations where the deposit would be refunded and he replied by saying if the financing doesn’t go through I would get a refund. They were closed on April 20th for Easter. Monday morning I went to my bank and learned my identity was stolen and that I would not be able to afford the vehicle. I immediately called Albir and told him the situation. He said he would speak to his General Manager about the refund and call me back. He did not call back. This went back and forth until Friday when Albir finally admitted that I would not be getting the refund because I didn’t use their financing. This was never mentioned nor is it in the terms of agreement that it has to be there financing. They basically stole $300 and lied.

Complete waste of time stay away they are not motivated to sell any cars they sound like they don’t even want to be there they ran my credit and never got back to me I had to keep calling them and constantly remind them that I inquired about a vehicle which they said they had no idea. Rush to get you off the phone and said multiple times I would be called back which I wasn’t. A bunch of stuck up liars.
I had them go check the vehicle out to make sure everything worked and it was nice since it was almost 3 hours away. They told me it was in great shape. We drove up to check it out and it had several issues, parts missing on the inside, TV and blu-ray didn't work, paint and body work even though the carfax said no accidents and grease on the rear seat belt.

The sales lady Tiffany was awesome
They may say a pictures worth a thousand words but in this experience I can only think of three "WASTE OF TIME". I drove over 4 hours to test drive it. The battery was dead and when thy popped it to jump it they broke the hood latch. The front bumper was replaced and not aligned properly leaving a gap. The areas where the fog lights go were empty and didn't have the plastic fillers that come base. The LCD player was pushed back in the dash and wasn't attached to the bracket. When I turned on the lights the LCD screen had lines running through it. Someone had taken a sharpie and scribble all over the sun visor as well. There were some spots that they tried to buff out and burnt the paint. Lots of scratches and more importantly it pulled when I drove it.

Purchased the vehicle online with a small non-refundable deposit. Had to sign and fax a few things. Flew to Cincinnati. Listing Accuracy was 100%. Completed purchase and picked-up the vehicle. Drove back 700 miles with no issues. Great deal for the mileage. Truck looks new for being 12 yrs old.
Stephanie Burns was very quick to respond throughout the purchase and pickup process. She even had good suggestions If I needed lodging. The paperwork process went fast and smooth. Stephanie is a professional and I recommend Cincinnati Auto Group.

This establishment is unprofessional. The vehicle was extremely dirty and missing a seat. When asked where the seat was, the salesman responded that it wasn’t meant to have one there. They were not willing to negotiate on a price - isn’t that the main event in car buying? We walked away and did not purchase from this place. We found a much nicer, cheaper, pre-owned certified, with a warranty vehicle the following day and purchased it!

I sent in a general inquiry and it was responded to right away saying, “yes that car is still available, let us know if you’d like to schedule a test drive”. I immediately wrote back to ask if there were any available appointments two or three days out from then. I never heard back. I showed up and found the guy, mentioned that I never heard back- he didn’t seem to care but he quickly let me test the car. The car was seemingly perfect, and then I noticed the trunk looked off alignment. When I opened the back I could see that instead of fixing the trunk to close back properly- someone has etched a line into the interior wall of the trunk so that it would latch without scraping. Paint was already chipping off the metal on the door from the “fix”. Here’s the thing- this wasn’t disclosed. And when I pointed it out they pretended to have no idea of what I was talking about. He offered me to look at the other Range Rover “this one has no damage”. Well the whole underside was- watch out.

I was really disappointed in how they operate. I had looked at the pictures on their website and the car appeared to be in really great condition. I called to see if we could make a cash deal they wouldn't negotiate so I agreed that I would come check out the car and if it was what it seemed to be in the pictures I would pay asking price. I had mentioned to Sam that I was driving from 2 hours away and he didn't say one word about the cars condition or anything, so my wife and I drove all the way down there Sam told me he would pull the car around and when he did the first thing I noticed was the shiny black trim in the pictures was all grey and sun faded. Then when we looked inside the arm rest wa all busted, one of the mirrors was broken, and part of the roof rack was pulled up and broken. Immediately I told him nope not gonna buy this car and we got in our car and drove the 2 hours home. All of their cars appeared somewhat decent on the exterior but most of the I interiors are buste

A little blunt and vague in answering specific questions, but also very interest in my business amid helpful toward meeting needs such a financing. I’ll definitely keep an eye on their inventory.
I was so instead in buying a 2016 Maserati Quattroporte, told the sales person i was already preaproved by West Lake financial co. He then insist that i go to their site and apply for auto loan, i was denied by their preferred company so i asked to go ahead with the West Lake offer as i originally planned only to get a message that they are not doing business with West Lake, still don't understand why are they apart of West Lake Network if they are not doing business with them. Very bad experience

I was shocked to get there and they “forgot” to mention small things like a tear in the console lid. I know it’s not much but I would think a dealership/sales lot no matter how big or how small would at least wash a vehicle before the people you know are coming to get it. Granted I don’t mean detail it but the car was cover with dust/dirt on the outside. It was an eye sore to day the least. My thought was if they don’t think enough of their dealership to care what others first impressions are what else do they not care about.

Dealer contacted me twice, but I didn't have the time to drive 80 miles to test drive the
truck.
Initial visit was very good and the salesman was very professional. The vehicle had an issue with air conditioner and the salesman assured me it would be looked into and would then contact me on Monday 8/19/19. Never heard from the salesman and am still looking for vehicle. The irony is the price was reduced by 500.00 on Sunday 8/18 think there was a problem with the air? Just saying
They were super easy to work with - fast with writing up the sale and getting you out the door. However they didn’t move much on price. The car we bought needed a lot of work - the air conditioning was broken and it needs new brakes/struts, and a few other small things. It was clean and runs good though. We took it to our mechanic where my son works and they wrote up how much everything would cost to fix. We took that back to the dealership but they wouldn’t really budge on price. They use something other than Kelly Blue Book... The car was priced at $6000, Kelly BB was $5500, the repairs were over $2000. I wanted them to split the repair costs and offered $5000. We settled on $5500. I would have moved on but my son REALLY wanted this car and was paying some of it. I probably won’t buy another car from them. Too bad too because my husband and I are looking for a newer Mercedes. I’m only looking at private sellers now.

Dealer ship told me the body lines looked good. When I got there the front and rear bumper covers were falling off. Not happy when I got there after driving over an hour to see it.
They listed a car online that I really liked! They sent me plenty o pictures and
videos, but being disabled I could not drive that far. I thought I made a
reasonable request to allow me to see the car at least half the distance so I
would have a chance to drive before I buy. If I liked what I saw they'd have
had a deal on the spot! I was very upset and disappointed they could not
meet this request after all the time and effort we had put into this deal.

The car looks good.
Dealer put me on hold within 2 minutes of picking up. Was on hold for 13 minutes. When I asked about the cars 2 accidents. He said “nothing major” “probably just a bumper”. I asked if you had the Carfax. He said “My boss really does not like to give that out”. So I bought the Carfax before driving the 6 hours out there. And The car had been totaled. I called him back and offered him the value of the car since it had been totaled. And he insisted the Carfax were wrong and it had not been totaled. Would not buy from this dealership. Even if the vehicle has a clean record.

I went to the dealership to look at 2012 GMC Acadia SLT and possibly trade in my 06 impala and was told that I couldn’t look at or do anything unless the impala was there, they wouldn’t even get out of their seats to help me whats so ever not even to go look at the Acadia. the must unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with would not return calls unless you call them the sales person was Eugene. finally purchased the car and it was a different color, no heads up display the battery to the remote was dead, not detailed and when shipped did not send temporary license so could not drive for about a week and now I have to pay to get the heads up display fix but was told it was in good shape the color is not original its some type of pearl under the black which you cant tell from the pictures. disappointed.
AS a tax paying, educated employed African American man, I Went to dealership to test drive a 2015 Suburban and was told that I had to be preapproved to test drive a car on their lot. Went to my CU where I always finance my cars, got a preapproval letter, came back to test drive car and was told I had to get preapproved through them just to drive the car. I told the sales guy that I was not letting them run my credit before I test drive car and what if I didn't like it?? I was pretty much told that those were the rules. I am sure if those were the rules there would be other posts on here complaining of that issue. I have NEVER gone to a car lot and not been able to test drive a car with my drivers license and proof of insurance in hand. The last vehicle I purchased I drove home overnight as the CU had closed and went back the next day to finish paperwork and this lot tells ME that I cannot even test drive the car. This is the worst experience that I have EVER experienced purchasing a vehicle and will NEVER EVER go back or recommend this dealership.

My sales person lied said that they put the car in the shop to fix the power seat, went back seat still not working lights still on the dashboard tire was flat he said,s we not going to fix that. Car didn't have any gas - Jessie said take it down the road about 20 miles really with no gas . Poor experience. I even wrote a text to the dealership no response, thanks Cincinnati automotive group.
Sales was very good and friendly. Not too pushy. But when I asked for their best price 4 times they never responded. Would have been nice to get an answer even if it was “our best price is listed on this vehicle currently.” No answer was kind of annoying especially after three trips in meeting with the sales man. Over all very good though.

Perfect place to buy a car if you want to spend over NADA value. Test drove a car. Offered them Kelley blue book for it, the salesman tells me they go by NADA, which I checked on my phone in front of him. Nada was 5$s less than my original offer. Turned it down. Car was close to KBB good condition. Offered them idk 300 over KBB value, the manager comes out days they go by a national sales value instead. I tell him to show me where he gets his prices from and he can't do it, which means they just decide they are making as much as possible. Everyone there lied to us, NEVER would I look for a vehicle from them.
This is not your typical dealer that prices are negotiable. They don't have much wiggle room in price, so as long as you don't go in with high expectations you won't be disappointed, when they only come down a few hundred dollars if any. I had a great experience dealing with James Tatum. I highly recommend him. He did everything he could to assist me and the communication was excellent by email, phone and text. If he didn't know the answer, he found out by reaching out to his co workers. I also recommend getting your own financing as the company they use is very strict and unrealistic, especially if you already have a car loan with another lender. Overall, I had a good experience and being I lived 2 hours away it worked out and I bought the Jeep I have always wanted!! Again James Tatum is the man!!
I am seriously disappointed as I write this review. I spoke with Jesse, he was helpful on the phone. That was about it. I inquired about a Corvette they had in stock. I live in California and had flown to Seattle the week before to purchase a similar car. I was told the car was great, no probs. I get there, and the car had a ton of expensive issues. I was angry about the whole deal. Flew home empty handed. I explained to Jesse my bad experience and he assured me that their emphasis was customer service. All the sales team had degrees, they only have one operator, receptionist, and their goal was total customer satisfaction. I requested additional pics of the car, up on a lift, to make sure this car was solid. He said no problem, I will get them for you in a day or so. I anxiously awaited the pics and began looking into flights to Cincinnati. I never heard back. I left a message. No response. I emailed. No response. Still, a week later, nothing. I would have bought the car as it was perfect. Seriously disappointed. I am now looking for another car. I read other reviews on this dealership and all the negative reviews had canned responses from them. That seems worse than responding, and tells me they get negative reviews regularly. Bad sign. Too bad, I was willing to fly across the country, cash in hand, and no customer service whatsoever. I bet they wont be around in a year. Seriously sad.

Does not provide service history. Never returned call for a deal and sells warranties for profit that are not honered in most auto repair shops abd require you to show proof of every single oil and fluid change, and plenty of technicalities to deny a claim.

Dealer contacted me via email that car is available. I called them talked to sales person. I asked him to please check the car and drive it around the block so there are no errors or warning lights on the car. I was told by him car is supper clean drives good no warning lights. I drove 90 miles to the dealership to find out car has multiple warning lights all four wheels bad with curb rashes, AC spiting warm air. Engine was knocking sound was told its normal for Audi (Sales person is expert on Audi engines). I did not say anything wrong just told them politely I am going to pass on it.
Left the dealership came home thought what a waste of time. I wrote them generic response that what they did was wrong. I was not even planning to do this review but Sales man writes me an email telling me that I am an idiot. Its 10 year old car if I want something better I should go to Audi dealer and buy new one. But Sales man has no idea who I am what I can buy or not. There were lots of back and forth emails I pretty much told him he is an idiot and very bad sales man. Than he threatens me to call authorities if I write him an email. I like to post all the conversation I had with him here but I decided to hold back.
This is a very shady car dealership. If you decide to go there make sure you get the car checked by a mechanic before you buy. And yes they do put different set of wheels when they take pictures of the cars and then change them to different ones. You do not have to believe me just go there and have your own experience. Its used car place 1on1 and will good learning experience. At least it was for me.

I was told that the vehicle I was interested in was in good mechanical condition. I drove 4 hours round trip to see and test drive the vehicle. I drove it and it was mechanically unsound. The left front shook and vibrated so much it was unsafe to drive. I was told by the dealer that the car would be repaired and I would be contacted. Over a week has gone by and no contact

And unfortunately our tire machine was still awaiting installation. The vehicle you referenced had passed a thorough 120 point inspection, and was in need of a tire balance to complete its service.
