I made arrangements to come see this vehicle. I made it VERY clear that this vehicle
could not have a single light on the dash, and after him speaking about tire pressure
lights, I made it clear not even a tire pressure light. He said Ok no problem. I drove 5
hours to see a truck that has both tire pressure and check engine lights on. He began
to explain.. "It's an O2 sensor on so and so bank..." A FIVE HOUR DRIVE to learn that
it had the exact issues I was guaranteed it did not. I also waited over an hour for them
to repair a broken tail light fixture before even seeing the car up close to inspect it.
Avoid this place. The guy is simply not forthright. Wasted hundreds of dollars and an a
vacation day over this absolute liar.

Dealer told us that the truck was ready to go, clean, and in great condition. We went to see the truck and then was told it had not yet been through the shop (we drove an hour and a half just to see it). Vehicle was in very poor condition. It was missing one lug nut, had a very bad brake pull, and was not cleaned at all. They wanted to try and sell me the vehicle as is since I’m a mechanic and could take care of most of it myself, while only discounting the vehicle $500. I wasn’t even sure it would safely take my family home.

This vehicle is still listed on cargurus(1-2-2019) but is not at this location. I went to this car lot on 12-27-2018, and was told they just sent it to the auction that
morning-------don't bother going to this location--I believe this is what's known as a loss
leader to bring you in and switch you to a different vehicle. I wouldn't deal with this dealership if they post vehicles that aren't available.

I was told as it was Sunday they cannot sell a car in PA. They said
someone would contact me the next day. No one ever did.

They were horrible, they didn't know anything about the car when asked. Couldn't tell me what happened to the car, an what was replaced with the R title. Don't waste your time with them, an go elsewhere

We were dealing with Don. He was great. We did have an issues with a running board and they fixed it no problem. Great vehicle. Would definitely buy from there again.

never calls you back even though they say they will. just had to show up to buy the truck, and you don't even get to take it the same day. Had the truck for a day and found so many problems with it that costs way over 2k. Call them because I have a warranty, they say they will call me back. Waited three days and no call back. So unsatisfied with the service from them. And they told me they don't know anything about diesels but they want to fix my truck for me. No, I want it done right the first time. Not more problems.

These guys were OK but you'd better know what you're getting and don't

Sales person not responsive to negotiate. Was pretty cold response. I would
have liked to go see this Jeep but no warm feeling about being able to
negotiate a bit.
