Dealer responded quickly, vehicle was ready when we got there and staff was courteous, the whole buying experience went smoothly

After some miscommunication and multiple sales people, we were able to talk with the GSM who helped us very much. We are expecting a test drive and hopefully purchase this minivan when it's ready on Friday. Shout out to CV Ford for allowing us to view the minivan before it was ready and working with us so it's a win-win agreement for both parties.

This dealership was very professional and I enjoyed working with them. The only thing I did not like was a “mandatory dealer add-on of an alarm system for $1200”

They lied to me about inventory and when I got there all they could offer me was a used car that they didn’t even have the keys to. I had double checked with the sales person telling them not to waste our time if they were going to be additional mark ups and the car that was going to be available was 10,000 over MSRP and he knew that was gonna be unacceptable so absolutely do not recommend

Typical click bait ads. Told me the vehicle was available and got my hopes up and then apologized for the "confusion" as the vehicle was already spoken for. But of course they have great deals on other vehicle. Lol

Great at emails but not prepared when I showed up for a scheduled test drive. My name wasn’t even on the board for “VIP” appointments. I waited for a while after I showed up at the scheduled appointment time until they came back to say the car was already sold.

The car sold within 36hrs of my contact so I didn't have time to schedule a test drive, but otherwise i had a good experience with the dealer rep in that limited capacity. Can't give a full 5 stars because of my limited experience with the dealer. DR

Went down there to buy a vehicle the guy i had an appointment with was not there. One guy walked around with me for 5 minutes and said the price is the price. Even though i know thats not true. No test drive. Then he left me to check out the lot alone.

When I called first they said the car has not been inspected yet. He said he was not sure if they will even offer it for sale and if so He will send me the details. Later it was showing as sold. Then I got an email it was available. When I called the person said it was there . He said he is going to check if the keys were there . Then according to him it must’ve sold.

Most of my contact was via email, was asked to come in to see the car which I did. Salesperson wanted me to come in after work. It was almost dark when I arrived. Not really able to see cars, they were all very dirty...he was very persistent in trying to sell me the car that night, explained to him that I needed to view the car during the day so I could fully see it and plus the interest rate was super high. I did purchase the car with the finance person getting a reasonable interest rate. Still will need to take the car back for detailing. Overall good experience.
