Salesman lied to me about 2, probably 3 items. #1: He told me Carmax CANNOT sell
cars, whereas I know they can. (I mentioned Carmax to him because I thought they had
been listed in the online ad I saw, and so I thought they might be involved in the delivery
since I'm located ~400 miles distance. The Salesman got angry at the mention of
Carmax; my bad.) #2: He claimed the car was NEW, not USED-- Then why did it have a
CARFAX showing 1 previous Commercial owner? (Which the salesman denied.) Note,
the Carfax was even available on his own dealer's website. #3: My argument is not so
strong here, but as shown in the ad I saw online, on the screen I see here, and on his
dealer's website, the 2025 Lexus I was looking at was reported to have 200 miles, BUT
the Salesman adamantly claimed it only had 12 miles! He never offered an explanation
for the discrepancy, he just said my information was wrong. Frankly, I didn't care if it was
12 or 200.

Fair. The dealer was unwilling to take an offer different than the listed price. When pushed that the KBB book value was lower, the dealer
said they did not use the KBB cost. Yet the dealer uses KBB for your trade in on their website. Definitely seemed like dealing with a used car

Arrived at dealership and test drove only to be told my pre-approval lender is not accepted there so I must complete their finance paperwork to receive an offer. Was also told the refuse to work with my pre-approval lender because their interest rates are too high. Check Hutton came back with an offer 3% higher than my pre-approval. Is everything a con nowadays?

They don’t stand behind what they say they will do. Expect to pay over book for your automobile. Don’t deal with Bryan Welk he does not know what he is doing. If you buy a automobile from them good luck on getting it titled. Good luck on getting it get serviced. Have had nothing but trouble out of them since buying a car from them.

They increased the price of shipping and said the don’t work with the finance company my pre-approval was from (which was through CarGurus) and I’d have to finance through them. Definitely advise against buying anything from this dealer as their transparency and honesty are lacking to say the least.

BEWARE...I just called to ask about a 4Runner and to see if they had some pictures of the underside. Immediately told that they were adding a “value package” (tinting, floor mats and some other nonsense). He kept asking “you still interested if it has the additional charge?”. I asked why I couldn’t have it at the price listed and as pictured with no ‘value package’ added. He said “Sorry, all the cars get it added.”
That, ladies and gentlemen, is called ‘Bait & Switch”.

Quick to respond but terrible communication between the sales staff sales management and customer. I would not try to do any business over the phone. Beware out of state buyers placing a deposit, they will not hold a car unless you pay the asking price. If you negotiate a price and place a deposit they WILL SELL IT FROM UNDERNEATH YOU if someone else is willing to pay asking price regardless of your deposit on the vehicle.

Truck turned out to be an SR not an SR5. Wanted to give me nothing for my trade and too much for their truck. Fine example of typical Memphis metro car dealer. Not good at all.

In regards to the inaccurate trim level for the truck, we've had global issues with some software and we are working on that, nothing malicious or intentional, and we apologize. Was at dealer for a Hr + told salesman I have a doctors appointment couldn’t stay long . The brought up the wrong car. After rechecking inventories he found auto ! Before I could see it I had to give them all my personal info and driver license. I was told they would destroy it but i’m sure it’s on file ! After a 2 minute view of auto I asked for there best cash price . After waiting in waiting room for another 15 min. My time was up ! Asked if they would call me with information and I haven’t heard a word in 3 days ! I guess they want to keep auto and my information ! Not a good experience! Oh the auto was nasty dirty.

The dealer told me the car was available, then when I was ten minutes
away, I received a call saying the person I spoke to had been mistaken and
the car actually sold the previous night. I understand that mistakes
happen, but I took off of work and drove about 200 miles round trip for
nothing. They did try to find another car for me, but I had something very
specific in mind. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

I was unable to get financed but that had nothing to do with the dealer. They tried for almost a week to help me figure something out. Probably best customer service I've ever dealt with.

I walked in, was handed off to a salesman test drove the car
and test drove another one. Never was asked if I had a
trade-in or if I wanted to purchase one or the other car. Just
stood at a reception desk with 4 other employees and never
sat down with a person to discuss anything.

Great experience. Got to the dealership
and the vehicle was much nicer than I
could have imagined for its age and
mileage. Vehicle was originally 13,900
but was on special for 12,900. We
settled on 11,500 so I felt like I got a
great deal. I would highly recommend
this dealership to anyone looking for a
new or used vehicle.
