Response was slow , got back to me after car was sold

Disappointed, corresponded threw email 5 times. last two times i did not
get a reply for 2 days. I finally called them up and spoke directly to the
agent, i was informed that the truck had been sold to an employee of the
dealership. This is after i said i wanted it and had cash in hand. The worst
is that they ran my credit AFTER the vehicle sold and then again threw a
partner dealership. I now need to put a block on my SSN to ensure it is not
ran without my permission again. I am also glad i called because the
dealership is 250 mile round trip for me, and would have cost me a taxi
ride to get there. So Unfortunately Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet Co. is not
the dealership I will be going with now or in the future.

We did not end up going to this dealer but they were extremely kind, patient, and respectful over the phone. They found out all the answers to my questions and even offered to drive the car 1.5 hour up to CdA for me to test drive it. We found our vehicle at a different dealership but I would work with this place in the future. I had an over all very positive experience!

I was contacted promptly and scheduled a visit. Worked with Dale
Hammerly. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Ended up buying
the truck. Dale drove the truck an hour and 20 min to my hometown.
Since the sale and delivery, Dale has responded to my questions and
additional needs promptly. For example, I did not realize the bed liner I
had Chipman and Taylor install for me came without rails. They are
going to take care of that for me along with some other miscellaneous
items. I recommend Chipman and Taylor to folks looking for a new
vehicle.

Honest and first class! I flew their to
purchase this vehicle sight unseen. My
salesman Phil described it in detail, and
met me at the airport with it. It was
everything he said it was and more! No
games at all! I wouldn't hesitate to buy
another vehicle sight unseen from Them!
