Absolutely horrible service and very unethical business. We has made a deal for a purchase of a car including our trade in. They were supposed to email over a contract and we never heard anything back, so the following day I called them back and they said they had sold the car the previous day, so while they were selling me the car they were selling another person the car at the same time in person.
Very unethical steer clear.

I traded in a car and bought a car from this dealership. The people I dealt with were more than fair and respectful with me. At the end of the day they are a business in sales and have to make money to operate but they weren’t shady or sleazy with me. I was spoken to with respect and I negotiated for hours. Maybe people with a different/bad experience were the cause for that. I’d do business with again.

I inquired, vehicle was allegedly sold after I made contact. A week later vehicle was on the website and they said vehicle was sold. Customer apparently hadn’t signed yet, but was sold. Anyways is a vehicle is sold take it off the website. Don’t repost it online if it’s “sold”

Salesperson; Bree was very condescending and rude. Refused to answer how much the car would be and questioned why we would want to buy from her dealership at all. Took her advice and will shop elsewhere.

Great folks and great service - all in all, a great car buying experience.
Bait and switch would not show me the car i wanted then after all was said and done ot turned out the one i was looking at was in a crash and could not be avalibel. Would not let me know up frount or let us talk keep trying to bully into a new car

When my husband and I visited the dealership we knew what we were looking for, these are a great car! We were not greeted by a single employee for almost 10 minutes.The cars battery was dead, sales person had to get it jumped, which took 10 minutes. There was no gas for us to test drive the car, had to wait for the sales person to put gas in it, which took another 15 minutes. Then we were ditched by the sales person because supposedly the sales floor was busy, according to him but we were the only ones there.Only to be left with the financial manager who had no clue about the vehicle and we knew more about it than her.Mind you of you want to make a sale you might want to make sure the car is ready for your client and your employees are knowledgeable of the cars on the sales floor. Especially, when the client already emailed and called about the vehicle ahead of time.

Their sales representative was disrespectful, condescending and rude. He lost the sale before we even discussed price. I would not recommend Chico Volkswagon to anyone.
