I was there at the dealership. Short staffed so didn’t talk to many people. Car had an engine light that I inquired about and have yet to get a call back about it. Was gonna buy it too, would rather deal with someone who actually wants to sell a car.

Seem like good folks. A little disappointed they didn't look at my loan app before I arrived. It would have saved me a lot of time in traffic getting there for nothing. But this seems typical for car lots, they all ignore what I'm telling them in emails and texts until I actually get to the lot. Again, this is not just them, it's EVERY car dealer I speak with. What's the point of getting me on the lot if you know you can't address my needs?
I'm venting at this point. They were very responsive and friendly, I just wish they would have paid more attention to my information so I didn't have to drive there for nothing.

The sales person is was suppose to meet wasn't available when I arrived.
However, I shown the vehicle by another sales rep.. Duane I believe his
name was. He and I went on a test drive, he answered all my questions
and spoke of the carfax details on the car. We came back to the lot and I
spoke with the finance dept. manager Brian. He gave me a couple of other
options as far as purchases. I had to laugh because, I can't buy a car with
crazy mileage on it. I drive a lot already.
ALL IN ALL... The sales rep and finance rep were great, funny and
listening to my demanding butt! It is up to the BUYER TO DO THEIR OWN
DUE DILIGENCE on any vehicle that has NO WARRANTY and IS SOLD
AS IS!!
I did not buy this car, but I am still interested in it, when the deal goes from
being a good deal to A GREAT DEAL they may have a buyer. Which, I
know they can make happen.

The car was not available!!! the staff in the sahara office was not
available to help us because they were in a meeting. Sent us to
the other office. The people were much nicer, but it was way in the
ghetto and we decided against buying the car

We are sorry to hear about your experience at our dealership. We do have another location where our service shop and holding lot is located and this vehicle was at the shop to be re-detailed before coming back to the retail location. This customer wanted to see the car after being informed it was unfortunately not currently at the retail location, so they were given the location of the service shop as a courtesy so they may look at the vehicle.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the vehicle you purchased. The customer purchased a 1996 VW Golf and it was fully inspected and functional prior to purchase. No one can predict any future repairs that may be needed on any used car. Every customer that buys from our dealership receives a 90 day Powertrain Service Contract that cover the major components of the car, however the motor mounts as stated. After reading yelp reviews and did my own research i decided to
check this place out... came out with a beautiful massive F150!! :-)
these guys are awesome! instead of pushing me to buy which ever
car they like the store manager came to me, went with me on 3!
test drives and after i chose the one i liked call the bank for me
and got a great financing deal, so in 36 months from now i will be
a pride owner of an F150!, thank you Chris and Yogi for making
this stressing situation become so easy. Super Recommended!
