I arrived to the dealer ready to

I made an offer he came back with one, I countered he said no & said I could have it for a number higher than he had offered prior. Then looking at car gurus the next day it was listed lower than either of his offers. Has no clue what he doin
They called me and sent a video of the Honda I was interested in buying. I live in Mexico in the Winter and couldn't get up to Tucson fast enough to purchase the van. I will make the trip soon though, Eddie and Alison were very helpful.

The person who contacted me was very prompt to reply, and I let her know I would probably come in to see the car early this week. However, when I checked the availability of the car on the day I was planning to go see it, I found that Chapman had raised the price $2k over what had been originally advertised, which I don't understand at all. I let my contact person know that the price increase put the car out of my price range, and she offered no explanation as to why the price had increased, and also said there was a pending sale. She also tried to get me interested in another car they had, which I didn't want because the miles were way too high. She had tried to get me to apply for financing, even after I told her that I would be going through my credit union, and she did not check with her sales manager to see if the offer I wanted to make was acceptable. Plus the mileage shows 7971, but the photo shows something different. Doubt I'll deal with Chapman again.

The salesman who contacted me, Michael, actually listened to what I had to say, was very respectful and not pushy. It had been many years since I bought from a dealer after some bad experiences, but I enjoyed this transaction immensely. Stephanie was fantastic with the paperwork, and not pushy at all. They accepted my cash offer, and I drove away with a great car!! I actually drove 200 miles to complete this deal, and it was totally worth it. I would definitely do business here again. The car was just as described, detailed, and had a full gas tank. I highly recommend Michael, Stephanie, and Chapman Acura in Tucson.

email. Was able to work out a deal. Never felt pressured. She's a
soft which is more my style and am more apt to buy from then your
typical pushy "car salesman". Great customer service from her. I
would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle at this dealership to

The whole experience is very good. There is not much room for negation for
my car. That makes sense, since the price is already low enough. I bought
the car with 25,500. I saw a huge leap of Q50 compared to the old G37. It's
definitely is a deal.
