I’ve talked to two salesmen and none wanted to help me. I made an offer on the vehicle and Maria Zavalas responded with just no. Didn’t even try a counter offer. She said that the price was as low as it will get. Since then the price has gone down almost 2 grand. I asked to speak to a manager and none has called me.

Sharp looking truck. Went for a test drive, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Noticed some oil on one of the bushings. Was told it would be addressed by their mechanics.

Wow! Mix up in communication resulted in the vehicle my wife and I were interested in not beong available for two days. When the dealership realized there was a mistake made, they offered to drive the vehicle to San Antonio for us to look at and drive. How many dealers do that??!! How many WOULD do that?! My guess is, few and far between. Thanks to the sales rep, Jimmy, for making the trip .. and his boss for letting him!! First time dealing with Chaparral amd I can see why they have such a great reputation/rating!

Within minutes after inquiring about this vehicle, got a response. Had additional details and asked when a test drive could be arranged. Very responsive. Just a little out of my driving range, but may still go look around on a weekend off.

i called a representative named robert about a 2005 chrysler sebring convertible which he said would be detailed 2/7/13 and we could come from over two hundred miles to see it 2/9/13. he gave me a cell number to call back 2/8/13 or he would call me in the that evening. i called the cell number without answer and proceeded to call the used car department and was told he doesn't work on thursdays and that there were some details about the car he had failed to tell me about, including a dented front, indented scratches on one side and adrivers side seat that was visibly torn and bad. if i had not followed up and spoke to another salesman who said he had been in the business for 27 years and didn't approve of this kind of misrepresentation, i and my wifewho are both retired and were looking forward to having a little bit of pleasure with the car represented now face a great deal of disapportment because of one salesman who didn't tell facts
