The company was helpful thoughtful very fair very quick took care of me didn’t have me there for hours upon hours. Honest truthful and answered my questions directly and truthfully. As soon as I pulled up and inquired about a vehicle everything was done to show that I was a valued customer if you want to get your moneys worth I’d suggest you try this company CHAMP AUTO OF STERLING before going somewhere else
Vehicle has large clear coat spot that is popping on the hood and salesman said they hadnt
had it touched up because it would have to be reported as a accident and this vehicle has had
none. If I was interested in the Cadillac Escalade and bought it they would fix it at no charge but
wouldn't take any money off for the tires that only have about 3 months of tread left on them in
the Virginia heat!

Response from current dealership:
yes we offered you to repair the coating on the hood and since we have already posted the car way below market value we would like to get the full asking price which also we can cover cost of 3 months of nationwide warranty for all our customers, as far as tires that is BS all our Escalades have very good tires on them at least over 70% lif left and passed saftey inspection anyway.

Talked to dealer about purchasing 2011 Silverado from 11/30/20-12/01/20. Dealer assured us that truck was in excellent condition(paint,body,etc). Drove three hours to purchase truck. While looking over truck noticed that truck was rusting on wheel wells on both sides of bed, paint faded on hood, and the frame was rusting out severely. All these areas could have discussed w/ honesty by dealer and not waste my time. Questions about these areas where asked before making drive and dealer lied

The experience was excellent. I was looking for a used vehicle for my son, who is soon to graduate from high school. Champs Auto promptly
responded to me (all communication throughout was prompt and clear). I dealt mainly with Amir, who was informative and low-pressure. Upon
looking at the truck, I noticed an issue with the secondary tailgate mechanism, which they fixed no questions asked. The truck was in good
shape given its age and use, and the price was quite reasonable. My only real quibble is that it can be hard to find parking around their store,
which is just a minor annoyance, not anything that really matters. I would recommend Champs and will surely look in their direction when
searching for a vehicle for my daughter when she is old enough to need one.
No one picked up the phone when trying to see the vehicle. Carfax not offered, but VIN was so
that you would pay for one. Seemed sketchy.

We do not offer Carfax at this time because we have contract with Autocheck which is being used by huge companies such as EBAY Motors and that can be provided upon request. Sorry if you find our company and cars sketchy without even buying anything.

Last week I visited this dealer, all I wanted was to buy a used car for my wife, and to be honest, I was happy to find this dealer online. These two guys (Emilio and Amir) were excellent. The service I received was awesome, the car is nice and the price is perfect. It was a pleasure to deal with these people. Excellent costumer service.

I drove 5 hours to look at this vehicle. I was assured that
there was no rust. He would not let me have a mechanic
do an inspection (even at my cost) prior to arrival. He
said that we could put it on his lift when I got there. He
knew exactly when I was arriving (I texted 5 hours
and agin 40 minutes prior to arrival), yet his lift was "in
use" and unavailable when I got there. By crawling
under it, I could see surface rust on the frame, and
severe rust of the front suspension. Good price, and it
might have been a salvageable vehicle, but there is no
way to make an assessment, because he wouldn't
agree to inspection (at my cost) or the use of his lift.
Never again.

Fantastic experience. Five stars. Amir came in on Christmas. The MINI Cooper he had was clean and very low miles. Ended up with a great car and a great deal. Thanks! Keep your eye out for my new Maserati Amir. I'll buy from you again.

I was very satisfied with the customer service. They called me back immediately and answered all questions that I had. I told them what price range I wanted to be in, we worked a deal, and I drove away with a new vehicle.

The dealer promptly returned my call and stayed after closing to show me
cars because I was unable to make it there during work hours. He showed
me the cars within my budget. He had no issues with letting me take the car
that I was interested in to my mechanic to look over. He was extremely
helpful and provided excellent customer service. I am very happy with my
purchase and would definitely purchase another vehicle from the
dealership.

Amazing customer service! Very professional. I drove from Baltimore twice, first to see the vehicle, then to buy it. I plan to continue using them in the future.
