I honestly got into this discussion to buy a Promaster at 11,585...it ended with an insulting offer for a trade in on my current vehicle. Next came the bait and switch from the "manager" that they were going to make unspecified repairs to the vehicle that jacked the price up $9,000. Then came the FOMO that I had to accept quick because it was going to happen that night.
I said no. It was too much. I was asked how much was I thinking of spending?
HOW ABOUT THE AMOUNT I WAS ASKED TO PAY?

The process was very safe and quick. We were in & out in less than an hour. Instead of waiting so many hours we did most of the process online which help with the quick turn around on buying the car.

The dealer refused to honor the price listed on CarGurus and wanted me
to pay $3000 more for the truck. They had 2 trucks that I was looking for
listed at the same price and wouldn't honor the price on either one. I
drove 100 miles over there specifically to buy one of those trucks. I feel
like they got me there under false pretenses and then figured I wouldn't
mind paying more since I was already there. They claim that it was a
CarGurus error and they don't know where they got that price. But I had
looked at Champions website the day before to verify they still had the
trucks and they had the same price. They changed it after finding out I
was coming over to see the truck. I only wished I had taken a screenshot
of their website. I don't recommend this dealer, they like the bait and
switch.
Wonderful people great buying experience I rented a car one way from Memphis to purchase this vehicle awesome deal. Great folks you all should be proud of what you do. God bless !

Unfortunately there is not a "for parts only" or "needs repair" option on the back ends of most dealership website platforms, and is something that we address the first opportunity we receive. We do include it in the custom descriptions for vehicles, but that information is very easily overlooked by users online. This dealer was terrible. The car was not even cleaned. Still had ash tray full of ashes in vehicle. They had not even checked out vehicle which had check engine light on, oil leak and not a drop of oil in it.

We do apologize for this situation. That particular vehicle had just been traded in, and had been in our inventory for a matter of hours and was not ready for showing to people yet. This vehicle in fact went off to auction as it did not meet our strict requirements for being sold as a used vehicle.

We apologize. Due to the way that inventory feeds are pushed and pulled, sometimes there is a delay of 24 hours before online listings are removed. This is a technology limitation currently it seems, and is a challenge all dealerships are concerned with. We hope that as technology progresses that the time needed for automated systems to remove stock from inventory is shorter, as it's never an enjoyable conversation when the customer is contacting us about a vehicle that's no longer in inventory.
