The individual that contacted us was knowledgeable and very professional. He was not pushy or aggressive. Enjoyed talking with him. We are still looking at vehicles and have not made a decision. This dealership/individual is still an option.

I asked them several times to send me pictures of this car and they would never send them. But I kept getting automated responses that had nothing to do with my original request. I kept asking until I received a notification that it was sold. I was very interested in this car but my experience with this business makes me leery to look at their stock anymore. I can say this was the worst experience I've had trying to find information on a car.

I never actually visited the dealership, but worked with them over the telephone. They made a pretty darned good offer on the purchase price of a Subaru Forester, but not good enough to convince me to buy.

Kevin contacted me through email and gave me an out the door price on truck like I requested, then I lost all communications with him. Sent multiple emails and called the number he sent me with no reply. Really let down as I wanted this truck for our family business.

Very good, no hassling, test drive by myself and was even offered to take the vehicle with me to go to my credit union, I declined. They had the truck filled up with gas and waiting when I came back with my check.

The 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i listed for $22,307 as new with 0 miles on CarGurus is not actually for sale yet and is not a new car. Response received: " The Forester you are asking about is one in our service loaner fleet. It will be ready to take out of service and sell about the middle of September. These program cars usually have around 3500 - 4500 miles on them when they're sold. I will be happy to notify you when it's ready if you would like or I can send you a quote on a brand new one in that same package if you would prefer." On August 7, 2017, I suggested they remove the ad, but it is still on your website.

I bought a 4x4 truck from Coutesy Chevrolet, I drove 3 hours to pick truck up. I was told truck had been checked out by there machanics and when I got home and tried to put into 4 wheel drive don't work. I called salesman he sid sorry, they forgot to check it. the truck I bought was high priced for a 2004 but thought I was gwetting a nice truck, only to find out it had been thru a lot.

Would not honor the deal that was sent to me through cargurus. If you are going to quote a price through cargurus shouldn't the dealer accept it. I wasted two hours on this adventure. I would not go through Courtesy again. The Subaru guy was knowledgeable but the guy that helped me was not. Were they supposed to accept the quote I got online? Why do you give a quote if they don't have to accept the deal when you get there. Confussed.
