They responded quickly but I changed my mind about the vehicle.

They replied very quickly but by the time I had time to see the car it had already been sold! They were very professional and kept in touch with me to let me know what other cars they had available but they were not in my price range. Overall a very good experience.

First of all id like to say. EVERYONE at this dealership was beyond helpful. Travis, Matt, Dawson. They all went out of their way to make this a painless car buying experience. I drove 10 hours from sarasota florida, to North Carolina for this 2013 GT500. Very responsive, very detailed, they also offered to do a live video overview of the car for me. Stayed later than they had to in order to make me feel comfortable about making my trip. Response was right away with a call back

After the first initial email I sent asking about the car they sent an email saying that someone would be in contact with me. I received 1 email which I responded to with questions. No response. I had to call them. They said they would send me trade in info. Never did. I had to call again. Once they finally sent it and we filled it out they didn’t bother to let us know anything. We had to call them and when we did they basically blew my wife off because they felt like we owed way too much on our trade in. Didn’t mention the fact that their car was almost $2,000 over market price. Didn’t seem to care one bit about trying to work with us

Was coming from Myrtle beach and had most of the paper work before I even arrived. Making the process so much easier. Matt sent very detail pictures of any issues that the car had. I contacted the dealer about the vehicle. My concern was rust. He actually went out to the truck and took pictures of the under side of the whole truck. Then he text them to me. That was pretty cool of him. He even went back to talk to his mechanic to reassure me of something else I had concerns about. Not many people will do that. I haven't bought the truck yet but, will hopefully get there to test and possibly buy.

Excellent experience. I travelled 5 hours a cross the state to check out a car and I walked away genuinely wanting to buy it because my salesman (Matt) was just a good dude. He worked with me over the course of two weeks and probably about 100 emails and got me a great deal on the car. My level of satisfaction is through the roof. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, and was very pleasant and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.
