Car had original, very old, unsafe tires. Car had many warning lights on the dashboard. Underneath the car was dirty and rust coming through in many spots, it had oil dripping from the oil filter. car had some vibrations when on the highway. Car only had 14K miles, but it just seemed that it was not well cared for. Inner sections of the wheels looked like they were never cleaned. It had a slight scent of smoke as well. Too many red flags. I did not buy.
(Even though they were sure the car was in great shape)

The dealership was easy to work with, kind, honest and never pushy. They offered a better price than other dealerships I considered.
So happy with car I purchased with Champagne Motorcar Company. I was specifically looking for an SL and this one popped up on my CarGurus search. I live about 3 1/2 hours away so I needed everything to be taken care of at the dealership. So I decided to give them a call and see if it would work. Fernando answered and he was not only courteous and professional, but he was very responsive. Every dealer I called about an SL was not helpful at all since I lived far away and was not taken seriously. He gave me his personal number to text him any questions and was so helpful. The entire process was absolutely simple, easy, and straight forward. They helped me with financing, delivery, a final service, a detail, and AND a full tank of gas. I did everything over the phone and Fernando helped me with photos and videos of the car. They’re amazing, and if they got another car I’m looking for implant be giving them a call.
We expressed serious interest in purchasing a car with this dealership and forwarded pre-qualification
information, but they didn't lift a finger, not a word - just crickets *dreet*dreet*dreet. They must have
plenty of business so they didn't need ours. We bought the same year, make & model from another
dealership a few days later.

The salesman was very nice … however the car was not even there when we got there. It was having issues so it went to be fixed… which they could not get done. The car was really beat up on the interior… looks like it had not been well cared for. So we did not buy it. It had too many things wrong with it. It would take $15,000 to fix all the issues it had. So for that reason the car was grossly overpriced for the condition it was in,

I live in Indiana, and was very nervous about buying a vehicle online. Fernando and Kevin made it very easy, and after talking with them, I felt very comfortable. I was able to text either one of them to answer any questions I had, and they responded immediately, sometimes even calling me instead of texting me back to reassure me, and Fernando would always say "no worries". He was great!!! Very professional! It all worked out great, my vehicle is currently on its way to Indiana!

(And I’ve never said this about a dealership before!) Every step of the process went as described to me before, during, and after my 2 hour commute. Champagne motor cars was the best car buying experience I have ever had--- these guys are professional--- all up front--- i would recommend to anyone that doesn't want to
go through the normal up and down back and forth of purchasing a car
I talked to the owner directly. I chose a 2019 vehicle and we worked out a price. I had noticed in photos a scratch on the rear bumper and a couple of things on the interior that I wanted them to fix. He assured me that everything would be fixed and the vehicle would be in excellent condition. He expressed over and over that they only put out the finest vehicles, so I took the family and the dog on the 4 hr trip. On inspection of the vehicle, the initial scratch that I had seen was gone, however on the passenger side alone there were a couple of scuffs/paint marks, a small dent, and a gouge down the edge of the passenger side door like it had been hit on cement upon opening. The dent and scuffs should have been fixed automatically, and I should have been told about the door. They tried to hide scratches on the interior with over sprayed Armor all and there were goldfish under the seat. Entire review doesn’t fit. I guess they figured after a 4hr drive that I would just take the car.

I just purchased my car here a few days ago, so far so good! As far as the dealership itself..my sales person Joe was great. Very friendly, prompt and helpful. They even went out of their way to touch up a little scratch my car had; it really showed the level of detail and care they have for their customers. I will definitely check them out first the next time I need a car (as they also had a lot of other great cars on the lot.) Honestly, was the least stressful car experience.

In a time of the virus, buying a car is a different experience. But Fernando
was great and we would go back to him in an instant. We bought a 2018
Alpha Romeo and it’s the best car we ever owned. Even though this car was
gorgeous I kept getting drawn to other cars in the lot. They have a beautiful
inventory. We were not replacing a car so we needed new plates at the
registry but the Massachusetts registry was slow due to the virus at this time.
Champagne put a dealer plate on for us and let us use that for several weeks
because of the registry delay and an insurance paperwork problem that had
to be worked out. I will be shopping them first for my next car..

I only took away 1 star as they stopped responding to me when the vehicle was sold to someone else and I only found out because I called. I purchased the car by phone and it was delivered the very next day super clean and ready to go! The gentlemen I worked with were professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. As far as some dealerships go today, Champagne Motors is not the largest automotive
dealership but what they lack in size they make up for in courtesy, politeness, service and
cooperation. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating and the end
result was more than I expected or even hoped for. Great variety of high quality vehicles and
the sales personnel were great to deal with.

Dealing with this dealership was a seamless process. I have been buying vehicles for a long time and this is the first time I've ever had such an awesome experience! Gus and Ken were great to work with and they had great personalities! It seems like I have known them for years! There are a few things that need to be taken care of on my car, however I've already have an appointment scheduled for the dealership to take care of these things. Finally, I was a little bit skeptical about all the great reviews I read about this dealership, but this is one time that a dealership is exactly how they are advertised! I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future!
Great online auto purchase experience! I live in Michigan and worked with Gus to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. He exceeded my expectations in all ways. He arranged delivery of the vehicle and I took possesssion one week ago. The car was exactly as described. Gus is honest, professional and trustworthy. He also was great after the sale, including emailing me a temporary Connecticut registration on a Saturday evening so that I could drive the car in Michigan. I would buy from him again and I would recommend him to a family member without hesitation.

I contacted this dealer about coming to see a car from 45 minutes away. They told me just to come to dealership. When we arrived no one greeted us even though there were several staff members talking to each other and no other customers on their showroom. After I approached them I was informed that the vehicle was sold 20 minutes before our arrival and that I should have put the vehicle on hold which I was never told I could do. No one offered to show us other vehicles so we left disappointed. Will not be recommending to family or friends in that area.

phone, then several back-and-forth texts re: car specs, to actually picking up the car - I
have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. And I’m 46, so
I’ve bought, sold, and traded in many cars in my lifetime.
After 8 months of searching, I found the car I had to have and I knew what I wanted for a
price point. Joe did not disappoint. Every step of the way, he communicated openly and
directly with me. He was very straightforward, professional, genuine, and friendly.
Over text, I threw every mechanical and finance question at Joe, yet his patience and level
of care in his customer service were unwavering. After texting with him on a Saturday, I
went in for a test drive on the following Monday (they’re closed on Sundays). I drove the

Professional, Fast and Simple. I contacted Ken Champagne (owner) from the dealers website's "TEXT US"
messenger. Within in 5 minutes, I'm talking with Ken and he outlined all the details of the deal including shipping
the car to California. He then connected me with Kevin/Finance Manager -- 24 hours later I'm signing the
paperwork that was overnighted to my house. I shipped it back to Ken and he followed up with the details of
transporting my car from CT to CA. 5 days later the BMW X5 M was delivered to my house -- just as described.

Honest...strait forward and fast
I called about this car on Saturday and it was loaned out, I should have taken this as a sign. I drove one hour and 30 minutes after work
today to see this car. I pulled a car fax on this car after getting home and come to find out they bought this car at an auction and it had
already been wrecked, they can't say they did not know. On cargurus it says NO ACCIDENT REPORTED. I would not have driven that far to
see a car that had been wrecked. It took me 2 hours to get home so I wasted time I will never get back.

Everyone I spoke to was quick to respond, helpful, and knowledgeable. I
drove over two hours to get to the dealership, and it was well worth my
time. The car was ready to test drive as soon as I arrived, looking even
better than it did in the pictures. After the test drive, there was no pressure
to buy, though the salesperson could probably read the big smile on my
face, and knew he was making a sale. They handled all the paperwork in
what turned out to be a somewhat complicated three-way transaction
involving the trade-in, and I was able to drive home my car that day.
If you're in the market for a top of the line used car, definitely check them
out.

A person by the name of Fernando did call me back and left a message on my voice mail. I called him back within 10 minutes and I was told he was busy, the person took my information and number and told me he would call me back but never did. I called back several times over the next 2-3 days and each time was told he would call me back but again NEVER did. I gave up!!
I can't understand how they sell any cars if they don't follow up on sales leads.

We've been looking for an SUV for along time. The owner and sales people were courtesy and professional. The SUV appeared to be brand new not a scratch on it.
They did get back to us. But their subsequent responses are not as fast as other folks, takes hours between. Why I gave 3 star instead of 4 - in the original description, they put in 1 year + the remaining manufacture warranty. Then over the weekend when I asked more details they removed that 1 year additional, and also up the CarGuru suggested price (so it show as better deal) - not sure how they did it. I should have taken a print out before to proof it.

Bought this car this morning and couldn't be happier. The car was pristine and had navigation, sunroof and so much more. Joe and Kenny were super personal with a no pressure sale. I had emailed about availability and got a quick response. I asked about the process for out of state buying and they responded that they do it all the time. When we got to the dealership we were treated like we had been friends for years and when we said yes the paperwork was completed quickly and they are taking care of everything from a good financing package to going to RI to take care of the registration process. Huge selection of great cars and they ship around the country. I would recommend them to anyone close or far.

Great experience. Was initially contacted in a timely manner with my questions answered directly. Never any old style tactics to pressure you to try to come in and buy a car from them just honest negotiations. I dealt with salesman named George who was so nice to deal with and ended up buying a used 2012 Lexus Rx350 for a very fair price. Would definitely purchase vehicles from Champagne Motors again...

Dealer did respond that car was sold. Never contacted me with another car but figured they didn't have what I'm looking for. I am very impressed with carGurus. Will not look at anything CarGurus is not involved in. You guys are great to work with.
