Communication with desler was POOR, to say
the least. Sales appeared uninterested. No
attempt to deal at all on a used vehicle with
almost 175000 miles. Price was higher than
a number of similar vehicles with much lower

I live 1 year and 7 months here and this was my second experience in acquiring a car. I must say that the procedures are very different from where I came from (Brazil). My first time was a bit confusing and very time consuming, and mistaken guidelines. But this time the dealer Alexey Antonov, turned it completely into the best experience since Brazil, with a lot of availability for whenever I needed and a lot of honesty, so my recommendation. So far I am very happy with my acquisition thank God! I will certainly do business again and will always have my indication. Again, thank you very much!
Not the best experience I've had but also not the worst.
Car lit up like a christmas tree with multiple error codes as soon as I left the lot.
Good thing I can fix my own cars. Dealer was firm on price and fees but his prices were fair so that's that.

Took the car for a test drive and when my husband and I looked in the trunk under the spare tire it was a tremendous amount of water in there. When we got back to the lot I told the sales person about it he says oh ok well I don’t know what that is…but how did you like the vehicle?! The engine light wasn’t on when we left the lot either but when were headed back to the lot the engine light came on. I’m not saying this lot is a bad car lot but my experience wasn’t good.

Unfortunately we do not drive these vehicles everyday and we were probably not aware of these issues, as we wouldn't have intentionally shown a vehicle with water in the trunk and a check engine light. I bought an 2013 JX35 from this dealership back in 2018, and was totally satisfied with their purchase experience. That’s why I am back again.

This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Alex & Scott were extremely polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. Scott was quick to respond to emails, and when I arrived he gave me as long as I needed to check out the car and take it for a test drive, and then he was able to answer all the questions I had about it once I got there, showing that he was actually knowledgeable about the vehicle. Alex worked with me to get all the paperwork signed, and he made that process quick and painless.
The car was clean and ready to go when I arrived, and since I am unfamiliar with the area, Scott even suggested a route for the test drive on which I could see how it performs.
All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had at Champ Motors. At 5 hours away it was certainly a journey out there, but it was 100% worth it.

Scott was great. I am from out of town so this was a little different- Scott FaceTimed the Land Cruiser I bought made me pretty confident. I did the whole deal over text , calls , the app, and wiring money. The wiring cash was a little nerve racking because the the transaction took almost 24 hours to go thru ( no fault of Champ /Scott). The LC was shipped out and delivered the next day from 500 miles away.
I appreciate the service, professionalism, and quickness of the whole deal.
They were a little late getting some of the info back to me. Causing me to pay for my own CarFax report.

The car was as advertised. It was an immaculate condition. I ended up buying the vehicle. Staff was very professional. The buying process did not take more than 30 minutes tops. I got a little vibration during test driving. The car had new tires on it. I was pretty sure it was a balance issue. They did not want want to redo the balance. I balanced the tires once I got home and that fixed the issue.. I would have given five stars easy if not for that.
This vav looks nothing like this picture, I could not pay their price for this the front at the bottom has been glued in the front bottom grill,inside was broken up on passenger door, front tire was almost flat.

You also forgot to mention that we are selling this vehicle nearly $2000 below market. The vehicle runs and drives very well and has current emissions. This vehicle also has air conditioning. Nice vehicle for the money, but not a brand new vehicle. It was priced accordingly. It is possible that the passenger tire was a little low on air, that happens on brand new cars too. It was obvious they had no real interest in selling me the auto I was interested in no call no email and told me the price was firm and if I wanted to negotiate the price don’t bother coming into dealership.

It was easy and quick to set an appointment to see the car. The gentleman at the dealership gave me keys to the car but since the battery was dead on the keys, I could not get into the car. The car also has some damage on the back right side frame. When I talk to the gentleman about the damage his response was “we sell used cars”. I passed on the car.

You can't call on Monday and schedule an appointment for Saturday and expect us to just hold the vehicle for a week and turn away business. Although we always suggest an appointment as we keep alot of inventory off site and stay very busy, ultimately, we can only hold the vehicle with a non-refundable deposit. Let me start by saying that I did not buy the car from this dealership but that had nothing to do with them. The price was decent and their response to my message was quick amd honest. I flew all the way to Georgia for a specific vehicle but decided on another color combinstion from elsewhere. Their dealer fees were actually less than the dealer I went with.

Went to check out this Mercedes it
was nuice on outside but needed
lots of work on inside. Dealer said
for price they weren't fixing
anything. Price was 3995 after
dealership fee and taxes price
jumped up almost 3,000 more.
After i decided I wasn't going to
get that car they just let me walk
out. No trying to sell another car to
me they didn't even get my contact
info to call me if something else
came available. Like they just had
so much business after i rode over
an hour away to get there.
