Their cars are really clean and in a good condition. I bought a Nissan Versa 1.6 for a very good price compare to what we could find on the market and so far, I'm really happy with it! John was honest about what was "wrong" about the car (there is no A/C) but it was not a problem for me. We called ahead for a test drive and they were very accommodating. Every staff members at Certified auto sales werr also very friensly and helpful. I would recommand buying your car there!

Great experience all around. Happened to find this lot after 3 weekends of searching for a dependable used car. Jon treated us right from beginning to end. Found a nice civic , great price and a great looking car . Test drive was great so we got it at a nice price, no hassle no pressure even with not so great credit we got a nice deal. Took the ride to my mechanic and it passed his thorough inspection with flying colors. Definitely letting anyone I know in need of a good car and a good shake to check this place out.

The dealer did contact me. I informed him we would be getting pre approved before showing up. He sent me an invoice to show what the total would be. They added an after market additional markup for $2088.00. When I questioned he said it's where they put their advertising costs. I told him he could keep the car and don't bother me again. I think that shady adding in after market cost on a used car.

Professional salespeople who won't try to push things on you. They're upfront about costs and potential interest rates if you're wanting to finance with them. I'd buy another car from them if the opportunity arises.

This was my first experience with Certified auto sales. I learned of them through searching the internet for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 2hours away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Chris, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I can't say enough about Chris as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service.
