They were very friendly and when I asked about paying option, they sent me a video explaining different way of financing, something that no other dealer does to explain pros and cons.

This dealership is definitely a mom and pop shop. When I test drove this car it sputtered as I turned on the engine. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt by trying it again but each time it’s as if the engine struggled to turn over. When driving the car it was not a smooth sounding ride. I really had high hopes for this car but it was just not to my standards or satisfaction.

Fred assured me that the car was up to date in inspection and that there was “nothing wrong mechanically” with the car. Took it to the Honda dealership to check it before buying, it needed over $1,700 worth of work.

As you mentioned, you did a pre-purchase inspection at Honda's dealership. As we all know, Honda's or other big service department's labor rate is higher than other places. We did let you take the car to Honda because we were sure about the car that we were selling you. Please note, when you take the car to Honda, half of the invoice they give you is for the recommended services that needs to be done to the car, not necessary the faulty part that needs to be replaced. Even if you chose to catch up on the recommended services, it would cost one third of what they charge at big service dep

I did like this dealer, however I did not get an answer to my question until the vehicle was sold. It may have been my fault by not looking at my emails. I would very much buy a vehicle from this dealer if they have a vehicle I like for my son.

Contacted dealer who promptly sent an email indicating that the vehicle was still available. I called them 3 hours later to arrange a viewing & test drive and the person on the phone told me that they had loaned the car to a customer for the week...and to call back next week. Very odd - are they selling cars or just renting them out?

As a dealer I know myself responsible for those customers who already purchased a car from us. The customer who bought a car from us wanted us to fix some stuff on her car and we decided to help her out and give her free loaner car till we fix her car. We never had anyone complaining about buying a bad car or us not taking care of them after the sell. And unfortunately, you were interested in the car that she picked as a loaner car. I undrestant that we contacted you about the vehicle but we can't always keep everything organize and we can not neglect our customer and new buyers.

They where very helpful, and made things easy to understand. We where able to negotiate a Ford price. The dealer I was working with unfortunately didn't know English very well, but his son was available via phone for misunderstandings. Overall a positive experience.
