I reached out to Central Classic Cars about a 2017 Buick Cascada that was exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with John, who initially came across as professional and helpful — he even provided a detailed video tour of the car.
However, when I followed up within 24 hours ready to move forward, John became unresponsive, citing vague family issues. Despite multiple attempts to reconnect over the weekend, I was left completely in the dark — only to later discover the vehicle had been sold.
I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism. If you’re serious about buying a car, be cautious — poor follow-through like this can waste your time and cost you the opportunity.

Prompt and polite
Terrible service! I was interested in a car and for weeks they said it was in service and the manager himself said he would call me as soon as it was out. He then called and asked if I was still interested on which I said yes I really wanted the car and he said it is still in service and he was just making sure. He called the following week to tell me the car sold if I wanted a different one? What the heck! He said well maybe it sold I'm not sure...i don'tknow where it is! Terrible!
