I had a very good experience at Central Chevrolet. I feel like I was respected and nobody wasted my time. I was not
able to make a deal that I was comfortable with, so I did not purchase. However, based on my experience there, I
would consider buying from them in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Central Chevrolet. I sent an inquiry about a Tahoe I was interested in and was
immediately contacted and assisted. We set up a test drive over the weekend and they were very flexible with my schedule.
When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready and waiting and sparkling clean. All the associates were very friendly and
professional. All in all a great experience!

Had to test drive the car with no radio. It was
almost like they posted the car without fully
servicing it first. They just try to be too quick
about selling. Dealer prices are $2,000 higher
than listed on this site upon arrival. Theyâll say
is because of the 2k push pull or tow deal
going on. Theyâll let you test drive their cars
before telling you that information. They
people there were nice for the most part. No
hard feelings, just unhappy with their schemes
and tactics

Excellent sales department, with great knowledge about the car. Financial department was another story. Very time consuming.
Very rude. Was told the car was not available that it should not be on line. Then asked if I wanted to buy a 2021. That’s where they get you. Trying to buy a used car then trying to get you to buy a new car. Dealership Not very helpful. In fact most of the cars I’ve showed interest in are not available. Not sure who needs to update the Content on line but it should be very Accurate and it’s not.

Didn't end up buying from them but they were very nice, helpful, and understanding when I left without wanting the car I test drove. Only negative was learning that their advertised pricing includes a $2k reduction for trade in which I found misleading.

I drove 1-1/2 hours to look at the car ( after calling the day before to make sure the car was there) only to find out the service manager took it home for the weekend. I waited an hour for him to bring it in and when he didn't show I left.
