Very unprofessional. Told me to stop asking questions about this car. Just buy it or go away. So I did. Bought a different 2005 Malibu Maxx with only 35k miles from a different dealer. Got a better car for less money.

The owner gave me the best service and I

process. I bought the car and I will pick it up this

Initially, this dealership was extremely professional. Showing the vehicle, test drive, gratuity, etc. It wasn't until financing that the problems started.
I came in to the dealership with prefinancing. I sent over the information a week in advance. Confirmed the test drive and eta of arrival, I came out of state 500 miles. When I attempted to use my prefinancing the dealership attempted to run credit through 2 of their own lenders. Obviously, impacting credit again needlessly. I was also told that my trade they wouldn't bother giving me an offer as they are now not interested.
Extremely frustrated to have taken 500 mile drive with locked in financing and for a dealership to disregard completely. Let alone the 2 credit hits that weren't needed.
I would think twice from driving out of your way for this dealership.

A day after I inquired about the car through CarGurus, Diego responded stating to let them know if I had any questions. I asked Diego to help me identify the specific color code, and he said he'd text it to me. 2 hours went by so I followed up. Diego said he sent it, but maybe it didn't go through so he'd try again. 2 more hours went by so I called the main line. The second person I spoke to (forgot his name) told me that they sold the car 1 day before Diego reached out to me. The fact that the car was sold is not an issue, I understand the discrepancy between the website and actual on-hand inventory. However, Diego lied about what he supposedly did and never actually told me that the car was gone. The employees here have no integrity.

I can only speak in superlatives with regard to my experience with this car dealership. Everyone from the sales representative to the finance officer were knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I did in fact buy the car, would go back again and most certainly would recommend this company to anyone seeking a quality used vehicle. In fact, I would recommend that a buyer begin his search at Central Auto.

I had a great experience with Central Auto. It was an unknown
dealership for me on Fulton Avenue (I live in the area). I went to
check out the Toyota Sequoia, drove it, and bought it. Everyone
I worked with was genuine and honest. I felt that I got a
fair price. Be prepared for a smaller operation with less
pressure and no "closer". I would definitely recommend Central
Auto.
