Did not buy the vehicle. My offer was 2k short but Stephanie was fair.

Joe and Matthew were professional, friendly, and without high pressure sales gimmicks. The finance department was the typical things like trying to sell extended warranties, but not terrible.

Test drove the car, asked why they were selling it "as is" they said because it wasn't a Volkswagon, so they sold all of their used vehicles "as is". Asked the salesperson in depth questions of the condition of the car, not once did they say that it had been in an accident. They should have disclosed this. From the CARFAX report, it sounded like it was damaged pretty bad at one point. Will never go back.

Very polite and informative but unwilling to negotiate on price. Even sent me a walk around video of car.

I was just looking and hoping for something cheaper due to these hard times. Cars are over-priced, but that’s why it’s a dealership that stands behind its CPO cars. I’d rather pay less and repair it myself. Salesperson was nice, helpful and not pushy.

Amazing!! Would deal with these ladies and gentlemen the on a regular basis! I will definitely go to them for my next car, and they are clearly across town. Some of the best people I have ever met, especially in the car industry. From the GM, Scott, to Wli in Finance, and Jimmy in Sales - all great people!!

Quick friendly reply. Staff was a little confused on doc fees. They stated doc fees are mandatory $499 fees charged by every NV dealer.

They were prompt in returning my call and answered my inquiry.

Great experience! I quickly got a response, by text and email. We set an appointment and when I arrived the car was there immaculately clean. It was a 2012 and it looked brand new. Everyone was kind to us. I'm came in without my husband and they worked very hard at helping me understand everything. I would recommend everyone to go to Findlay North Volkswagen no matter what brand of car they are looking for!

They called me 3 days after I requested info and told me the vehicle is available. I asked the salesman to make sure as I was coming from the other side of town. After several minutes on hold, he informs the vehicle has been sold. He should have checked before calling me, or better yet, call me shortly after I request info, like most dealers do.... Not 3 days later. Anyway, I found another car that I love, so their loss. Will never buy from them in the future!

They got right back to me and answered all of my questions.

I had a very pleasant experience with Findlay!! I must say that Stacy is an awesome sales person!! Very smooth and fast transaction!

I gave my info, they said come pick up the car u want. When I got there it had been sold a day ago and they tried to sell me an older version of the same car. When they showed me the numbera the down was huge and the payment insane. Same day bought the car I wanted at another dealer for 1/10th the down and 30% less a month.
