You’re supposed to meet someone there and then they told me they had the day off and then they said they’re gonna come in and then they didn’t come in so then I got it a different sales person and I did not feel comfortable and plus I didn’t like the car
And some muscle bound store Manager decided to try to figure out what was wrong and it was just so fake
I will never go to Centennial again

Not only did Centennial Hyundai contact me about the 2019 Tucson, I met with their rep,
Lee Constantinou, on Wednesday 7/10 and he worked with me to get a great deal, so I
bought the car! Lee was very personable and trustworthy, and spent a lot of time test
driving this Tucson as well as another, and showing me similar Tucsons in my price
range. I fell in love with all the safety features, the excellent condition of the 2019, as
well as the "road feel" of the AWD. It's everything I was looking for in a newer car,
including the color, and will be the perfect vehicle for my family road trip this Fall!

Was looking for an out the door price. The proposal I received had the
listed price and $2500 dealer reconditioning fee on top of the $599 doc
fee. Wish I could rate them no stars.
Why can't dealerships just post their asking price instead of playing
these games. I refuse to work with any dealerships that do this plus
the dealer add ons.
The pendulum is swinging, and a lot of dealerships will be left holding
their overpriced used inventory.

This car was dirty and had deep scratches everywhere. Also the salesman jacked up the price to almost $30,000. Trying yo tell me that it used to be $32,000. When I showed him Car Guru price he try to make it look like it’s nothing. Shady business

Good service except the day I was going to pay and pick up this car, they auctioned it back out. Like why? No explanation to tell me that made sense. Maybe they couldn't fix the convertible and stuck trunk, but can't they just say that? I would have found someone to fix those things. It road well. Oh well.

Shady sales people . Car was extremely dirty!!! Lots of trash and personal belongings under seats and in pockets behind seats. Car has dog hair everywhere and the outside was very dirty .Sales person reason for car dirty is because it’s an “old car”
I believe if the car is up for sale … car should be ready for customers.

The salesman named Alan was nice when he originally spoke with me concerning the car I was interested in however, after calling him back to proceed he was short by telling me the car sold and instead of offering anything else he simply said, thank you goodbye.

Appreciated tat they were not pushing me to buy, but
only informed me about the car. Asked if I would like
to see said car and drive it.....wasnât ready for that yet.
Informed they are there to help when I am ready.

After indicating I wanted it and setting up an appointment, they sold it to someone else. Can't trust the salesman.
The overall experience was not what I expected. I bought a used 2016 GTI, and it runs well, but purchasing it from
a non-Volkswagen dealership showed as the salesmen did not know that much about the vehicle itself. Additionally,
while they detailed and inspected the car, they forgot to check and change the battery. I just had to buy a new
battery after buying the car 6 days ago on Monday. That is a lazy move by the mechanics. Also, I had to remind
them about fixing a piece of carpet on the back seat that had come undone. It was 2 little things that really soured
me on this experience.

Went to see the car and they did not have the keys. They then tried to upsell my daughter on another car, and showed her a car 5000 over our budget with lots of cool toys. I already have a bad taste when it comes to dealerships, this experience did not help
The guys who contacted me did not read my responses and just kept sending
me templates.

On test drive with him in vehicle had shaking on freeway. He said he thought he felt something. I returned to dealer and asked him to drive. He did drive and admitted it did shake. When we got back to dealer he said lets go inside and talk. I said I was not interested because of the shake. He said " there was no shake". Terrible.

Unprofessional. Received phone calls from different people. Except salesperson dealing with. Dealer led my wife and myself to believe they are doing they're part in earning our business. We were ready to make deal happen. Little did we know vehicle had been sold first day dealer was contacted. Very unprofessional poor follow up and lack of communication. I Do not recommend!
