I wanted to buy a car from them. They told me to come see the car so right before I left my house I gave them a call again. Someone told me they didnt have the car no more then. Few hours later I got a notification saying the car was sold. So I contacted them again and they told me they never had the car to begin with.

Horrible dishonesty. I should have trusted the other
reviews. Was told the vehicle was available and went
to look at it upon arrival was told the vehicle was out
being driven and not available. I could tell it was a lie
because they didn't even know what vehicle I was
there to see. It's okay, I went to another Kia dealership
that morning and got exactly what I wanted. Save your
time and shop elsewhere.
I called about a car and was ready to purchase. The salesman was very nice, but after waiting 6 hours without hearing back, the salesman finally called and said it was sold to someone else. I wish the dealership had a better way of communicating if a car is unavailable and potentially sold to someone else so time is not wasted.

I did not have a bad experience here. My salesman was polite and helpful. I told him how excited I was about purchasing a specific vehicle. We spoke at 9 AM he was going to find out more information about it and get back to me. Throughout the day my husband and I called three or four times and the front desk assistant said everyone was too busy dealing with other customers. I didn’t hear back from him until late in the afternoon when he told me it was sold to someone else. The dealership needs a better way to hold, reserve, and communicate car holds to every sales person so interested buyers are not wasting their time.

The salesman was friendly and helpful. The Kia did not pass inspection so was not actually for sale. They offered to watch for one similar and to contact me if they found one.

Called those guys 2 days in a row, told them
I will make a down payment and fly in to pick up the truck. Even though the truck was still for sale, the sales manager refused to sell to me, told me I have to come in to buy it. Really you guys are still not in the 21st century? Stay away from this dealership.

The dealer was very quick to respond and to help me set up an appointment to do a test drive. The vehicle was the exact way it was described and was ready for me when I went in for the test drive. The staff was very nice to me when I went in to see the vehicle. It was great that they worked with me to get the vehicle. I would recommend my friends and family here.

Was told I could get the car and just needed to bring paperwork and car insurance. While trying to get insurance I needed the vin and the car was no longer online. They didn’t even tell me it wasn’t available when they knew I was driving over a hour. Finally my sister got someone on the phone that said the car sold the night before.

This car was misrepresented in the ad. It’s a nice car but not the cream puff it’s described as. It has impact damage on the rear bumper and cracks in the drivers leather seat. I drove over two hours to get there and the managers simply wasted my time.

I went to the dealership to look at the vehicle. The outside of the vehicle was nice, but the inside in the back had damage: lots of scratches and dents and the current price does not take that into consideration and the dealership was not willing to negotiate the price.
