I had a wonderful experience working with David. Not only was he easy to contact. He was very punctual with his replies, he went the extra mile to take pictures of the undercarriage of the car and even had the car driven to a closer location for us to inspect it. He allowed us to have the car taken to our mechanic so that the mechanic was able to look it over and was quick to fix a few issues that were found. This is the second car I have purchased from Cavalier Newbauer and I’ve been very satisfied with the communication.

They don’t have the car that is being advertised . I heard from a sales team member apologizing that they don’t have any new Chevy bolts and are only taking names for a waiting list yet the ad is still here as if they have a specific car available. Misleading and a time wasting endeavor. This is disrespectful to their potential customers. I’m looking elsewhere.

They responded right away, very pleasant and accommodating, however the vehicle was not within my price range. Had they had a vehicle on the lot that met my needs I would have made the trip up to their dealership.

Salesmen Tommy Kress did a exceptional job explaining details and make me good deal. Gave me fair price for my trade and over all was impressed with whole dealership. Only thing I can say is that I would have liked to be introduced to sales manager and service manager for any future service or issues. Thanks to all!

The car I asked about was sold by the time I got there. My original salesperson wasn’t there due to a family emergency so someone else took over. I thought she was another customer when I walked in, not very professional. Was originally rude and made me feel like I was crazy when I asked to see the car, like she never even knew it was in stock, or had been. Things got better until I left and researched the car she ended up showing me and I found the same exact vehicle with 20,000+ miles less but only $1000 more. She became rude again when I told her about it. I won’t be doing business with them. There’s no reason for a salesperson to be rude and make you feel like an idiot.

Cavallaro - Neubauer Chevrolet Buick 4/14/2018 Reason For Visit Sales (Used) "DONT BOTHER! RUDE STAFF!" Stay away! Drove nearly 2 hours to look at a used truck. After 10 minutes of "negotiations" without them moving one cent from their asking price I left. Surprisingly, Art, my "salesman" called me next day and said he still hoped to make a deal. I immediately came up $500. Took him 24 HOURS to reply... When he finally returned my call, they had dropped $500. I immediately came up another $1500. Thinking the ball was rolling now. He told me he'd call me back...THAT WAS FOUR DAYS AGO.. Looks like these guys are willing to deal with saps who pay asking price and don't mind giving away their trade-ins. They have certainly lost the "Art" of negotiating....and my potential business.....

they could not answer a simple question , there like come in , I told them I had to work the over night due to a co worker family matter and I could not get in at that time , the question was why is there sonic 24,900 but doan had a the same car just red for 20,000 that all , then I got the run around , need less to say I am not buying any car from them .

I didn't purchase a car from here because it was too far away from me, if they had a program where they brought the car to you I might have purchased through this dealer. Sales rep was super nice and I spoke with them a few times. The distance is what my issue was.
