Lack of communication. I was told to fill out an
application. I did. I was told to get financed. I did. I’m
69 miles away. I told them I’m ready to purchase the
car what’s my next step. I called due to stop
communicating with me. I spoke with Jon. He said he
got my information. He’ll give me a call back Simone
is looking at the car. Mind you this is Sunday. I’ve
been communicating with them ever since Tuesday. I
was still getting the run around then come Friday I
was told the car is no longer available.

If we can work out financing, I would call this perfect. If we can't, they still get 5 stars because they have been nothing but professional and incredibly helpful. There is not a single negative thing to say about this company. They dealt with my idiosyncrasies as if they were normal. All staff was friendly and helpful. I could go on, and on, but I think you get the picture. The best!

A nice selection of cars Casey was very helpful & we test drove a ML 350 Mercedes 2015 ~ loved the car ~ contacted Casey several days later to see if there was any wiggle room on the asking price ~ the answer was No. I purchase same make, model & year from another auto dealer for $2,000 less.

I did before and sent you a response, I have spoke to Me.Casey himself, he was very practical, the only 2 things that I didn’t like were: the wheels on this prestigious car had to be refurbished, the expensive cars he has, are kept outside on a parking lot exposed to weather and smoke, he has no showroom.

Casey’s epitomizes the used car salesmen. I made an offer on the car for 20k and they first said no. An hour later they called me back to say that management had a change of plan and agreed to 20k for the car, including tax, title and other fees. They asked me when I want to pick up the car and I confirmed the next day and a time for pickup. I asked Casey to send me a signed invoice indicating the sale of the car to me for 20k, and he said “of course, just send me your zip code,” which I did. I left work early to secure financing for the car—which I did. I was excited about buying the car from Casey’s Cars. Shortly thereafter, Casey’s contacted me to inform me that the car had just been sold. What else can I say. This is why used car salesmen get such a bad rap.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience at Casey’s. I spoke with Casey about the situation. He did agree to sell you the car for 20k out the door. We normally require a deposit to hold any car. We did not receive one in this case. It’s unfortunate, but in this business, people often agree to a price and a time to come in, but never show up. We well cars on a first come first serve unless we have a deposit. I hope you found the car that you were looking for. Hopefully I can make it up to you in the future. Thanks Tom

Casey has been OUTSTANDING! I made a special trip from Detroit to LA to meet with Casey.
I purchased a beautiful 2007 Bentley GTC and the whole process was flawless. Casey accepted a $500 fully
refundable deposit and held the car until I could travel from Detroit to view it and test drive it. I loved it and took
delivery and there was no pressure whatsoever.
It was a great experience and Casey has an outstanding inventory for all to enjoy.

I was driving from San Diego to Hermosa Beach in the storm of the century bcuz Casey said he would hold the vehicle for me, and that I was 3rd out of 7 on a waiting list. It took me 3 hours from when I spoke to him on the phone to get to Casey's Cars. When I arrived, it was on a test drive by people who had just walked into the dealership... were NOT on a wait list...and they purchased the vehicle right in front of me! I didn't even have a chance to sit in the vehicle! Casey's word is no good. If his word is no good, how can you trust what he says about the vehicles he sells? He did give me $60 for my 6 hr drive and time and miles spent, but I would have rather had an honest, respectable salesman.

Upon arrival, the car was not
cleaned, the salesman didn't say
much. When the salesman pulled
the car out of the lot on to the
street, he wasn't careful and
caused the front fender to grind
on the curb. He didn't let me take
the car out without him and he
didn't like the idea of me taking
the car on the freeway. It's a 5.2
Liter v10... OF COURSE I WANT
TO TAKE IT ON THE FREEWAY!!!
He didn't know much about the
vehicle and there was a lot of
damage done to the inside.
He was supposed to follow up
the following day with prices for
repair of those items but I never
heard from him.
Also... The car was not
accurately described. It was not
well cared for.

Do not believe any verbal promise from those salesman. Never trust the 30 day warranty. They will delay your repair until the last day before your warranty expire. They will try to cheat you on repair cost by increase the actual cost to make up for the 50% of their share. Check the car carefully and put all problem in writing. Have them fix the problem first before you purchase otherwise you'll be sorry to trust them to fix the problem latter. They Don't!
