Ryan and Weston helped get me into the car of my dreams, from across the country! I live in Buffalo, NY and they made buying a car SO easy! I've bought Fiats from more local dealerships and Carvana, yet buying this car all the way from Oregon was the least stressful purchase! The car arrived on time and even better than expected!
Great experience with Cascadia Motors! Did not purchase the subaru, but did purchase Honda crv that I love. I would highly recommend Cascadia motors.

Dishonest. Had a deal in place with sales man "Jay" with him directly communicating with owner
"wesley". We were asked to come back in an hour and do paperwork. Came back and "Wesley"
said no deal was in place and they could not do the deal at the price we previously agreed upon.
I asked for Jay to come to the office, he did, and confirmed that the owner previously agreed to
the deal and even suggested the price we agreed upon. Wesley, the owner, refused to honor his
word... Keep this in mind as you speak to sales there that the owner will try to raise the price
AFTER the fact.

Jay is new to car sales. Him and I had a miscommunication. This is not something we did on purpose, nor is it a regular practice. I totally understand your frustration. We goofed up and I accept responsibility. But when you began to threaten with leaving us a bad review (multiple times) is when us working it out in your favor went off the table.

Ryan was prompt with an email response and setting up an appointment. Weston was a no pressure
salesman and friendly. He allowed my husband and daughter time to drive the car and discuss their options.
They were pleased with their experience and very much appreciated the no pressure approach to purchasing
the car. We have searched for a car for months and appreciated that this car was clean and ready to test drive.

states use liquid salt to melt snow

We have never had anyone in our organization named Eddie and we do not work with Capital One. I think you have us confused with another dealer ship. There is another store in North portland that has a very similar name to ours. That may be who you are thinking of. We've only had a handful of FJ cruisers in the past year or so. And I would remember if one of them was a rusty midwest/east coast vehicle. Plus we don't keep rusty vehicles. I just rejected a car last month due to rust issues.
The employee named Ryan wouldn't let me walk in to see the vehicle on my own time. Said I had to make an
appointment. I asked if this was because he was paid on commission and worried he might not get my sale if I
came in on his off hours. He was upset by this and said if I didn't understand the rules then I wouldn't be a good fit
to make a purchase with them. On top of that his emails were full of grammatical errors and just downright sloppy.
Good luck Ryan, I see the car I was going to buy is still available...not really surprised though.

Hey there. It clearly states in our listings that we show our vehicles by appointment. We do this because we only have only have one salesperson working at a time and we want to be able to give each person the best experience possible. Most folks have no problem with this policy. We also understand this doesn't work for some people. But that does not entitle them to change the way we have done business for years and we are not interested in entertaining any kind of argument regarding this policy.

Courteous no pressure sales rep. Car sold before I got back with them.
Rude, presumptuous, greedy. Treated me like a uneducated, dumb blonde
With no experience or financial credibility. He confused information, didn't check his facts, or his voicemail which was always full. Didn't check his correspondence. Acted like trying to buy a car from him would be impossible, and even though I live several states away he acted like I should have jumped a plane, train or automobile (except his) to give him money. Never asked any pertinent information. The last thing I received from him he assaulted me with what I concluded to be his version of excuses for not careing about customers in general, and said he would not sell the vehicle to me, and in fact he then said it had sold. Which of course it had not. It was very upsetting but not a big surprise since I've come to realize the whole CarGurus system has some serious flaws unless of course your ready to pay cash for a car you've never seen in person, let alone driven. I give 3, of 4 dealerships a zero rateing

The EV was as advertised. Even though I drove an hour to get to the dealership, there was no
pressure or any hint of using the long trip to sell me the car. I was prepared to walk away if I
detected such an effort. The EV had more than enough charge to get me home with energy to
spare. Great deal, great car, great dealer!

Wanted a dealer who would take
my car in trade, they were not
interested and I’m not interested in
selling my car myself. Not a
negative experience, just could not
conclude a deal.
The dealer was extremely helpful and nice. This
dealer is also particularly ethical, something he is
well known for. Unfortunately, another couple wanted
the same car we did, and because the dealer had
promised them the car they bought it before we
could. Even though we lost out on this deal, we
would gladly work with this dealer again. He is the
best, as his many, many positive reviews attest.

I am not in The States presently but will return soon. My wife and I wanted to purchase a
car before we arrive back home and we wanted another Prius which will be our 3d one.
Cascadia communication over the matter has been so positive that we sent a friend to the
dealership test drive the car. We've never bought a car "sight-unseen", before but because
we feel so positive about Cascadia and the gentleman we have been dealing with over the
internet we are taking the chance that all will turn out well. Thanks, Cargurus for the great
recommendation!

I had two questions for the person who responded, and he did not know the answer to either one. I would have thought he would try and get
back to me with the requested information or some reasonable explanation later.
Q1: What was the reason the car had so few miles on it?
Q2: What was the reason it had been owned twice in the course of only 16,000 miles and still had only 16,000 miles?

I contacted Cascadia Motors in regards to a 2006 Lexus GS 300 RWD. I
had questions regarding this vehicle and they answered promptly and
accurately. They are also very honest. In one conversation I was advised
that someone had put down a deposit on the vehicle and Cascadia would
let me know if the deal fell through. Well, obviously they were telling me
the truth, because the next the vehicle was no longer in their inventory. I
believe they can be trusted.

Weston was nice and helpful even though my test drive showed that the car had an issue i told him about it and he fixed the problem right there ans then, now the check engine light came on while driving home and they’re fixing it free of cost

Wow, i have never had a smoother, SHORTER transaction process than this. Weston is great, knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to what my needs were, answered all our questions, and truly got the financing that worked for us. I will DEFINITELY be going back here first when time to buy my next teenager's car (or even my own!). If you don't want to sit there 8 hours in a dealership haggling over prices, talk with Weston first. See what they have in stock or let Weston know what you're looking for. Not only will you get a well-checked out ride but in much less the time.

I called in the AM and told the salesperson I
would be there by 5PM after work to see the
car. When I got there, the owner, Weston, told
me that someone had already come by and
put a $500 deposit down on the car, and that
he must have written down my phone number
incorrectly.
I had seen an add for a 2000 93 Saab
convertible, that I thought might be a good car
for my son. The car ran very well and only had
52,000miles on it.
Weston strongly discouraged me from having
a mechanic look at it, stating that they usually
find fault and recommend repairs that are
unnecessary. He told me that if I wanted to
reserve the car until I had my mechanic look at
it, it would require a $500 deposit, that would
be non-refundable regardless as to what the
mechanic said or whether I decided to buy it.
I had them put the car up on the lift and there
was an obvious fluid leak, which I believe was
due to a faulty rear axle seals.
I asked him if he was willing to come down
on the price, and he said he thought he had
under-priced the car, and remained firm on the
price.
He finally told me he would allow me to take
the car off the lot to have my mechanic check
it out, but only on a weekday (a workday).
When I got home I checked the Kelly Blue
Book price on the car and found that the car
he was selling for $5900 was at best valued at
$2900 (the dealer's selling price) in good
condition with $52000miles on it.
My mechanic told me that Saab's are difficult
to work on and have frequent problems and
suggested that just about any non-exotic 2000
vehicle, regardless of the miles, would sell for
less.

Great customer service. Few problems with car right off the lot, like blower motor for heater/ac. Also a break light and high beam light out.and the key remote didn't work. I talked to them the same day and they are taking responsibility and fixing everything for me without charge. After extensive research I feel their cars are about 500-1000 over real market value with everything into consideration, but so is every other dealer in Portland. In the end I would recommend Cascadia Motors. They seem to be on the more honest side of retail, and they are helpful and very responsive to any concerns. I signed an as is contract and they are still fixing things for me after leaving the lot.
