Took forever to get sale dept to call me back. Than they low balled me on my trade. internet guy I talked several times but sale would never call. Finally got a call from sale and she told me right away in wasn't going to get what I wanted for my h2. My h2 is a 9 1/2 rate. Very clean and going to make a great trade. But they didn't even come close to kbb or nada. Y have to tools for a route and not give what the h2 was worth. Sales ladies called me and told me the car SOLD that night before. And she gave my number to someone that might want my h2. I will tell everyone I know about the experience. I won't do business with any desert sun dealers. Thanx Mel

Extremely happy with ENTIRE Team at Desert Sun, Espanola. Bought the car on the day I took a test drive. Will also return for my Required Service [ even though I live in Santa Fe], due to the excellent attitudes of each person I interacted with at Desert Sun.

Best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had a few. I did my research for months on what I wanted and how much I should pay for it. I found exactly what I wanted on the Internet; it was over 200 miles away. The price was the best I'd seen, beyond fair, so there was no need to haggle. I said I wanted it, they did the rest, even going to extent of making the 3-hour drive to deliver the car to me the same day we made the deal and bringing the paperwork to get it signed. Now, this is the way to buy a car.

Dealer did not negotiate, even to drop price $100 in good faith to make you feel better about purchase. Finance Manager does not respond to emails in response to basic business related questions. They are nice to you until the sale closes making one feel like they are typical car sales people/dealers. Don t be fooled by their "Nada price," "lifetime warranty" sales tactics and "we are a family" dealership deception. Stay away and give your hard earned $ to a truly honest and professional organisation that will follow up and at least have the courtesy/professionalism to answer post sales related questions. The sales guy is a ghost once he sells you but continues to send template/scripted generic salesy emails as if you are still an interested buyer. Stay away, you have been warned.

the dealer is called Desert Sun Toyota and the sales person was great showing the features of the truck and helpful in getting the price where we can aford the technician that brought the truck to us when was finished detailed was great had all the knowledge of what was featured and how to activate everything all in all we are very very delighted with this dealer ship and would recomend to others
