Response time was good, unfortunately the $6,000 dollars of additional dealer add on's which is
basically an additional 17% to price of the vehicle was a turn off and the reason I didn't continue
inquiring about the vehicle. That not being included in the initial listing was frustrating especially since it
was explicitly called out. I had to read the fine print in the email they sent.

Worst experience ever in buying anything, spent all morning dealing and working the numbers with Robert and management finally came together on a number and made the deal, they wanted me to do a credit app to run my credit told them no need I was already approved they insisted and said they needed to make the quotas I said no thanks I have my loan already but thank them anyway. We where going to make arrangements to drive the truck since it was on the service department getting ready and they were going to let me know when we could meet. After a few I received a call saying that they had already sold the truck even though we had already made the deal. Unbelievable.

It was hard to get any details about vehicle. Transmission type, etc. response was a little
slow. Other than that they were polite and persistent.

Having collected many cars, over many years and having been in the car business myself I have never had such a great experience with any like this dealership. The owner is not an auto dealer he’s just a great guy that owns a dealership. I would strongly strongly strongly recommend this dealership to anybody who’s interested in buying a car.

Not well. Dishonest used car dealer. Low balled price of car and then wouldn’t give a far price for a trader in. Funny way to do business!

Desert Sun in Roswell was awesome to
work with. I had a budget I was working
with and they stuck with it they didn't try
to sale me a more expensive car like
some of the other places I went to.
David Vasquez was great I just told him
what cars I wanted to see and he had
them brought over to the lot he works at
so I could test drive all of them in one
place. Even though my credit is not
great they were able to get me a lower
interest rate than I expected. I ended up
driving away that same day with the car I
wanted at a price I can afford. I will
definitely be back to buy my cars from

Unpleasant series of events with sales reps Fred, Bill and Stan. I traveled from out of town to see a line up of several cars I had selected of choice. Had daily communication with reps mentioned above to set up a date and time for my arrival to purchase the vehicle and up the last minute heads up was given on my end before I headed out to the dealership(3 hrs. in advance). I was very unpleased right at the moment I showed up, sales rep (Luis) who received me was very apologetic on his partners behalf for them not being there. This was just the beginning... when I asked about the vehicles, none of them were in the lot and apparently were out being test driven(which was alright but did surprise me that all 3 vehicles were being test driven at the same time) nonetheless... Luis made several calls to his partners but none showed up. After another 45 minutes 1 of the vehicles became available... we ended up test driving the vehicle and immediately noticing that the mileage was 2k miles over what was posted online... when I mentioned this to the sales mgr. his response was, it was probably "a typo"(really... all last 3 digit numbers were way off... Long story(believe me it gets longer) short... Luis the 4th sales repo which tried making up so bad for his partners was very attentive and apologetic throughout the deal and I did mentioned to him that I recognized his effort in trying to make things up and therefore I would cut the deal with him... we did and drove off that same night with the vehicle. Oh... remember the "the typo" quote from the sales mgr. Well the OnStar Tech programmer called me several days later to follow up on the OnStar program install... well I questioned him why vehicle only had 66% oil life left when I felt vehicle should have been serviced before rendering it to customer. Well, that's something else... getting back to "the typo" comment from the sales rep... when I asked the OnStar programmer about the oil, his statement was... well Sir, what happened here is that we have a program with the local college where teacher are allowed to use the vehicles for under 2k miles for school related functions and well your vehicle was used by one of the teachers right before you arrived... wow!!! So his way of trying to ease things was... Sir remember that you do have free oil services and you are welcomed to come back and get it done at anytime you like... tada!!! Only giving this dealer a 2 star due to Mr. Luis trying his all to make things right... AC
