Great company
First, they tried sneaking optional and unnecessary charges onto the quote they sent for a truck. Then, when I said I would finance separately, they pressured me into giving them my bank's rate and terms so they could try to beat it. Then after back and forth with a couple salesmen and their AI agent, which just caused confusion, we scheduled a call to start the contract. During the scheduled time (created that day), they say the truck went under contract the night before and tried selling me a lower trim model. This dealership is too shady to trust.
On top of it. I am busy on the phone, but they kept in contact and we are working together.

Responded quickly-within a few hours- for clarification details of the vehicle. No pressure to buy; car wasnt exactly what we were looking for. No unending harassment to buy other cars either.

Great people. Jim is an honest and forthright man and did his best to get me into the vehicle I wanted. He was always helpful and answered all of my questions. Quick to return phone calls and text. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I requested information on this vehicle and tried working out deal via phone, Johnathan Duran was the dealer I was working with. We came to terms on vehicle which took about 2 weeks because he would response to my messages about every 2-3 days later. Then after came to term I was informed on Thursday my vehicle would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday comes I message him asking about an expected time, no response so I called dealership. Once I get ahold of him he says”sorry won’t be until Monday” so no head up. Then Monday comes and johnathan is off that day and again no car and no phone call. So I call and again “sorry hopefully tomorrow “. He also made multiple agreements during the course then would try to go back on the previously discussed terms. Had multiple vehicles through the years at many dealerships and this is probably the most disappointing experience
