We do want to clarify that we sent out notifications prior to your arrival that the vehicle had already been sold. Due to the nature of our business, inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately appointments do not guarantee that a specific vehicle will still be available.

They did not help me. Two different employees continued to contact me about the same topic/question each day. One kept asking me to come in for an appointment knowing I was trying to buy the car fully online and get it delivered due to living out of state. The other employee ran my credit for no reason when I already explained I had a pre-approval with CarGurus. Now I have a hard inquiry for what exactly? Hated their customer service. Would not recommend if you are going through the online process. I bet if I were able to go into the dealership, it would’ve been a different story because they don’t want you to leave without getting that sale. As for me, they did not care to sell.

After reviewing the situation, it appears that a credit application was submitted through two separate platforms — both on our website and through CarGurus. When applications are submitted through different sources, it can result in multiple inquiries depending on how they are processed by the lenders.

Absolutely terrible! With so many other car dealers, choose somewhere else. It’s not worth it after reading other bad reviews. I thought I would be the exception I was wrong. They tried to put one over on me then refused to return my deposit.. (put a deposit down on a car listed for a certain price, all that chain got the contract sign. They changed the price of the vehicle, I’m not talking about the fees and other costs associated with buying a car. I’m talking about the actual cost of the vehicle) when I called them out on it, they made excuses and we’re not willing to give me back my money.. Shop elsewhere don’t do it to yourself

I called this dealership after getting multiple messages about a car I was interested in. When I called back the car was not available and that was the end of the conversation. Very professional on the phone but did not seem interested in helping me to find a vehicle. I did not get a chance to speak to Ms. Taylor who reached out to me initially. Professional but not proactive.

Horrible experience to say the least. They made an appointment with me, knowing I was traveling 2 hours away. The vehicle wasn’t there when I arrived,after 3 people not knowing where this vehicle is, come to find out it was sold almost a week ago. Best part is, I got an email after I left the dealership thanking me for coming in and allowing them to help me buy a vehicle .

Called an hour ahead and they said the vehicle would be ready when I arrived but it was not and was still at another lot. When it arrived 45 min later it was dirty and there were things that could be easily repaired before sale but this dealership did not. When I asked what their fees were the saleswoman deflected and said let's talk about that after you see the car. Huge red flag! When we got to talking about price the vehicle went from just below $10k to almost $15k with tax which means their dealership fees were over $4000 and they weren't even going to be registering the vehicle for me. That's just obsurd! Liars and scam artists. Buyer beware!

When I arrived the car was outside ready for me to view. I took the car out for a test drive the ride was a little rocky, but it’s almost 10 years old so I expected some wear n tear. Once I return to the dealership the new bait and switch begin. The car was listed for 13998. Once we begin to negotiate the dealer added a charge for 2495 that was explained as the cost to certify the vehicle. I explained I wanted to purchase the vehicle and take it to bmw for a diagnostic test and would repair whatever was needed based on the results. The dealer said their charge was non negotiable it was part of the cost. So with processing fees tags etc the new price was over 17000. This place is a predatory car dealership. Looking for stupid uneducated customers that they can prey on. Stay away from place. They typify everything bad about used car dealership. Absolutely dishonest, despicable individuals. Don’t believe their lamé rebuttal.

We encourage customer's to bring their mechanics or expert to inspect any vehicle on our lot. We appreciate independent opinion because we know we sell quality vehicles. We do not authorize cars to leave the dealership for inspection because vehicle are not insured for that. Secondly who in their right mind takes a used car to a new car dealership for inspection knowing that new car service centers feast on jacking up a bill of service to run their department. Out-of-state customer brought here by a particular listing. After calling ahead to confirm that I would be able to take the vehicle to a third-party mechanic for an inspection, I drove over an hour for an appointment to test drive and have this car inspected. Upon arrival, I was told they do not allow for cars to be driven off the lot for an inspection. I was "helped" by 4 staff members who were all more interested in how I planned to pay and how much I was willing to spend rather than how to help me ensure I was getting a worthwhile vehicle. After telling them several times I did not wish to speak about price until after an inspection I had to walk out. Disrespectful, deceitful, and a total waste of time.

Hi pressure sales. Not all cars on the lot. Thousands of dollars in additional fees above the advertised price. The car was not inspected prior to showing us the car even though they stated the car was inspected and have a charge of $995 for inspecting the car.

Terrible experience. Confirmed 5:30 appointment by email, phone and text multiple times and also confirmed the vehicle going to look at. Arrived at appointment time - waited over 50 minutes to see the 2nd car I wanted to look at. I the mean time they talked numbers with me. The original car was never made available to me - I was told it's buried on the lot and they don't have time to get it out. The appointment had been confirmed since lunch. I was extremely annoyed, so they took me to the offsite lot to look at the car and hear it run. Very important to ask about their fees upfront. NJ can charge whatever they want on doc fees, this dealer had the highest fees I have encountered. $2000 handling fee and $500 doc fee.

Despite calling ahead to ask if car was still available ( it was) and having an appointment to see the car, had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to bring to location. We liked the car but had to look at another car before making decision. Less than week later, I made appointment to talk about buying the vehicle. We traveled again to S Hackensack, I was prepared to purchase it. I was informed that not only would they not accept my offer 995.00 less then the asking price, they add on 1200.00 to the price. I said I’m not paying that. I look and now the vehicle is still on the lot and the asking price is less then what I was offering! We purchased a newer model elsewhere for less. Besides wasting my time, the salesman laughed when I said I’m not paying an additional 1200.00 and all the dealers charge that. The dealer will probably respond to this and say this didn’t happen and invalidate my review. I can’t think of why anyone would be dumb enough to pay 1200.00 additional?

We do not have information on habits of customer prior to us selling the vehicle. We can tell you there are no burn holes in the leather of the vehicle. It doesn't smell like smoke.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Sales rep hung up with me multiple times, and was rude over the phone. Its the “dealers sales model” that they WILL NOT disclose dealer fees (documentation fees, state fees) or anything over the phone. I’m not driving 4+ hours, to “find out” what dealer fees you have. Sales rep would bot disclose any specific information about the vehicle, only said “come see it in person”. I have called 3 separate times as I was extremely interested, but each rep said the same thing. Its an extremely poor business model, and they are doing a disservice to them selves, and the customer. I would have bought the vehicle in an instant if they would just disclose the costs, I'm not even wanting to negotiate them.

No matter who sells you the car make sure you ask for Manny. Take your test drive with Manny. Overall the whole team was great I was done in a few hours. I was an easy sell I knew what I wanted they made it happen. The vehicle is in great condition they let inspect the car thoroughly. Terrible service. Took multiple calls and attempts to figure out if the vehicle was still for sale. Couldn’t get help with the financing had to go through my own bank because they were too slow to move. Also when I got there they were rude and stand-off-ish. And I couldn’t register my car because they never sent the title in a reasonable amount of time. As it turns out I have to wait 90 days for my next dmv appointment and I cannot drive the new car I just purchased. Never ever buy again from here.

You did a finance application on our website on Wednesday 4/28 for a vehicle you wanted to come pick up on Saturday 5/1. We responded to you in a timely fashion but you were getting a better loan through your bank so you decided to go with them. I have a very bad experience with this dealer and will advice other people to be aware of the nasty attitude when dealing with them. I bought a 2008 Highlander during the precisely on 5/6/2020. Due to the pandenmic, I did not pick up the car until today the 6/18/2020. The car has a bad alternator and battery. The dealership wont change the battery or alternator . The excuse is that the car has been in storage and cars develop issues when they are not run and also that the price that I paid was low! Why would you sell the car if the price is not agreeable to you? Can you imagine taking delivery of a car from a dealer and going straight to the mechanic workshop.... caveat emptor!

There are 2 sides to each story. You purchased the vehicle on 5/6/2020. Since you are in the business to ship vehicles overseas. You chose to leave the vehicle in our storage until you were able to secure a transport company to come pick up the vehicle. This took you 2 months to arrange. When shopping with them, be sure to factor in an additional $578 in "document fees" and a $319 "prep fee". In ADDITION to $195 for temp tags (told me I couldn't transfer my plates) and sales tax. Manny (not sure if he's the owner or manager) assured me that all electronics worked and had been tested, including DVD player. "Absolutely nothing wrong with the car" On the way home, I stopped for gas, only to learn the power locks on both drivers side (back and front) don't unlock! You can lock them with the key fob or by pushing the button, but they won't unlock! Check engine light came on 25 miles from the dealership. Week later, still can't pass inspection. Front turn signal was out. Rear DVD player doesn't work. Remote start turns off after 1 min. I've called & Manny is always busy or will get back to me.

Don’t buy a car from them!!!!! They are liars.. and thieves, they will sell you a car knowing they have the tittle. They avoid your phone call once they take your money. From the manager to the secretary they all lie for no reason I purchased a car for 12,000 and spent $6000 on repairs in the first week. They will tell you to get a warranty and it wont be honored as well .... Buyer beware!!!!! I still haven’t receive a call back. The lot guy David answers the phone and says they are busy buy cars at auctions and he need to move cars around the lot. My car registration will expire in a couple days and they still can’t produce the tittle

When I called the guy I talked with was really polite. He told me the car was already sold so thank goodness I called. He also let me know that he had other cars on the lot if I wanted to come look at them..

I asked the dealer if the car had timing belt replaced, given the mileage. The young lady I spoke to told me she spoke to her sales person and that this car had a timing chain not a timing belt. The fact is that it does have a timing belt, and the company attempted to mislead me. Typical USED CAR DEALER. I could never deal with a company that would mislead me.

After driving 2 hours to see the car I was met by someone named Manny. He's the owner. I test drove the vehicle which sounded horrible. Brakes were grinding, sunroof didn't work and various issues within the vehicle. I say this because the vehicle is listed as having none of these issues. Following the test drive I was told the issues would be taken care of and to call on Wednesday of the next week which I did. The person who answered said the number I called was a personal number (# off their site as above) and that Manny just left. He said he'd text me his number. Have not heard from him. I tried calling the main number no one answered.

I drove 1 1/2 hours to Patterson, NJ see this car and when i got there, the salesman Manny let me test drive it but the vehicle had too many issues. Manny was an awesome, no pressure salesman and Ali tried to get me financing but i am credit challenged so it didn't work out. But I would definitely reccomend a buyer to check them out!

I sent a request to contact me to get information about the car o to schedule an appointment, but they never contacted me back, so today I decided to show up at the dealership. As soon I arrived I guy asked me what was the reason of my visit and I told him that I was looking for the Toyota Camry that they listed, so he said that if I called before because someone called, and I replied no. Then the person that called show up and he decided to show them the car, and my and wife we were stunned because we were there before the other customers and he decided to show them the card first and let them test drive the car. So he told me to wait and he handled the key to me to test drive the car, and after I tested he told me " sorry they are buying the car". So technically he used me as well factor to close the deal with the other customers. Do not go to this dealership because they really are not professional at all and they customer service is the worse. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
