Dealer automatically hit me with a $3000 price increase from the internet pricing upon arrival for some care package on a car with 14k Miles. So what was that charge for? only maintenance due would have been an oil change. Car had candy wrappers in it, had not even been vacuumed and had a cracked engine cover.

I came in to purchase this car with cash that first of all they had listed the car for 8,200 when I got there they had it on the screen for 11,200 we got to negotiating I told him what I had to to spend they said they couldn't go that amount then they call me that night and told me that they would go that amount when I returned on the 6th they up the amount to higher than what we had said and would not go any farther they wasted my time so I'm just telling people beware they like to switch and bake

Buyers beware! They like to throw in $$$$ in fees, including Carvilla Care which is basically a fee on luxury brands because when I asked if it was a warranty of some type they were sure to say it was in no way a warranty, so then what is it?? Also shipping costs listed online are much cheaper than the actual shipping costs they want to charge. They charge maximum doc fees and the title/registration fees quoted were much higher than other dealerships. Save yourself some time and go with a company like carmax or carvana where nothing is hidden and there are no surprising fees.

We found this vehicle online and inquired about it. We were immediately contacted by Jordan, who is very informative and helpful. We made an appt to go see and test drive the vehicle, and made the deal. Carvilla even got us a better finance rate than we were already approved for...YAY! Everyone we came into contact with while we were at the dealership were very helpful.

Though the people I interacted with were friendly and helpful, the dealership added around $7,000 in hidden fees. Other dealerships I have recently worked only added around $2,000 in taxes and fees including warranty. Most of the additional fees were in a specific Carvilla Care Package which I could not opt out off. Due to the enormous jump in price and what felt like false advertising, I lost a lot of faith and trust in this dealer and would advise everyone to be hesitant when working with them.

Bad rating!!! These people tried to hide the rust spots on the vehicle they attempted to sale me! Thank GOD for common sense, after the inspection I made the decision to go to another dealer! This place is a no go!

After multiple confirmations, including a phone call that morning, when I arrived to see the car, they made an odd excuse about it not passing a sudden inspection. They had also raised the online price by $3k. Needless to say, after driving an hour up there and the waste of my time, I left extremely frustrated.

The sales person Kaela was great. And the sales manager Adam was very helpful. The finance manager Chris was not as helpful or friendly. He never returned my call to answer a warranty question. He basically told Kaela to rely a message. I called requesting he email me a copy of CarFax bc the car is making a noise. I had to ask twice and for the carfax and he didn't offer any assistance in trying to find out what was wrong with the car. I did not understand an interior/exterior warranty I purchased his explanation was not helpful. From inception of purchase Adam offered recommendations on where to take the car for repairs and how to get an extra key coded. I would have given 5 stars if my experience with Chris had been more positive.

All was great except, the sales manager made a deal with me over the phone. We were happy with that but when we were signing the papers later that day, the price changed and it took awhile to get it back to where it was supposed to be. But all the guys there that night were super helpful and kind. I would buy from them again. I love my car and it’s been driving great. Thank you to the salesman Ernest.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Carvilla. The car I went to test drive didn't match the description at all, and the photos made it look much better than it actually was. When I arrived, the vehicle was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, despite them knowing I was coming for a few days and I drove three hours to get there. To top it off, the steering wheel had dried paint on it and was in rough shape. Overall, I can’t recommend Carvilla based on this experience.

Went to the dealership to look at a 2017 Dodge Challenger met with Ray a salesman. There seemed very nice contacted him several days later to make a deal on the car after a price was agreed-upon. Tried to contact him the next day did not get back to me Told me he was off apologized asked when I could pick up the car after the agreed-upon price then told me the car was sold same day looked on CarGurus. The same car is still for sale and they lowered the price will never deal with these people again! Crooked, crooked, crooked beware!

Buyer beware! This truck was listed last week on Car Gurus at $12,495.00. I applied for finaciing online and rec'd a text message from Carvilla stating I was approved and asked when I wanted test drive. I stated today and then received a call that the truck was not on their lot yet. Three days later I got to test drive . After we got back I told the salesman I wanted to look at the truck some more. There was a lot of wear and tear and no floor mats. The truck bed had a cover but no liner and the bed was so scratched and dinged up it looked like concrete block was hauled. The front lights were fogged up and the front driver side fog light was hanging off the truck. Also I looked under the hood and there was was a white powder all over the engine. When I went inside they had marked the truck up to the new price of $14,998 I asked the manager why? He stated this was a used car inspection fee. They also had a $800 doc fee etc the final price was $17,266.. I walked out the door.

i asked the dealer to provide me with a couple of pics of the interior. They continued to harass me for 3 days via email and phone to come in for a test drive. I told them to take a couple of pics of the interior and then I would decide if it was worth going to the dealership for a test drive. not 1 picture, but another 10-15 calls to come down to the dealership. At this point i would not take a car from this dealership if it wa free. Total Harassment and not once did they answer my question and snap a pic. they should get a 0 rating
