These guys are typical car dealers. Trying to buy a car from them but we couldn't agree and the manager got real pushy and angry.

Nick, was excellent to deal with. He listened and patiently all my questions. He never pressured me in any way. It was clear that he did not just to sell me a car, he wanted me to have full confidence in the vehicle that I was purchasing and the price that I was purchasing it for. After , I bought the vehicle I noticed something wrong with the stereo. Because, Nick said everything was working in the vehicle he still paid to have it fixed over a week after the sale. Totally, unheard of for a used car dealer. He truly stands by his word! I will definitely check here first for my next used car. Small dealer with big time professionalism! I was new to the area and had no idea who to trust. I was truly blessed to find Nick and Carster!

Too pushy, on top of me for a down payment when I was going through a credit union. Car didn’t sound right and when asked about it he just through his hands up in a dismissive manner and didn’t address my concerns about the engine noise.

He was always positive and helpful even after I got declined on my first attempt at financing the vehicle. Thanks to him and his tenacity I was able to get financed for a very reasonable price on an amazing car, I would highly recommend this dealer and will definitely be working with him again.

My daughter and I had a great experience with Nick and his father Pete very prompt and courteous , we communicated both by email and text I submitted all my information over the website and he got me approved before I went it which saved me a lot of time since I was driving two hours to get to carster it was all worth it they are honest people and I do highly recommend them , I drove off with my Chevy Tahoe 2006 low miles and drove great I'm very satisfied and blessed I will be returning back when my family is ready for there next car ..thank you so much .

Had a great experience with this dealer! Found them through CarGurus, they had a great deal on a Kia Soul. They specialize in cars with one owner and no accidents, have a great attitude and approach to their business. When the car we were looking at was sold, they said they would find another one for me, and three days later, they did! and it had lower mileage! They stayed in communication every step of the way, by text and email, ensuring we were happy with the car and the transaction. They even delivered the car to us! Highly recommend!

Responded very quickly...within minutes. Every response thereafter was also responded to within minutes. They even followed up with me later to see if I was still interested in the vehicle after I told them I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. They seem like they care about customer service and are willing to go above and beyond.
