Since I could not touch and feel the vehical, I had to forego and deal with a local dealer. Too far to visit them even tough they were extremely helpful and cautious with your time.

While a bit leary of buying a car online Brandon helped us through the process including shipment from PA to TX without much issue. Great experience!

Be careful when you buy online with this dealership. Their listed price for the car I purchased didn't include tires, hence the lower listing price for the car. They added "new tires", oil change, etc., as a part of a $1100 vehicle prep fee. The tires weren't new. A key fob was missing. The car had 75 miles more on the odometer than what was listed on the disclosure statement upon delivery. The delivery service was horrendous. When trying to track my car at 11:45 am, I was told the driver was probably still asleep which is why he wasn't answering his phone. The day it was supposed to arrive out of state, it was still in PA. I paid a second delivery company to delivery the car. I ignored other reviews about the delivery service(s). I wish I hadn't.

Smooth burying process

I submitted a request on CarGurus on a Sunday evening. I got a text from Brandon of the dealership to confirm the vehicles availability and schedule a call for morning. The next morning, after a brief conversation about the vehicle, we had a deal and I put down a deposit. The vehicle needed to be sent to Land Rover for the backup camera. This is where Brandon showed his true colors. This guy had updates for me multiple times daily and when Land Rover had a little hiccup, Brandon stayed on top of them the entire time. When it was time to pickup the vehicle, Brandon personally took it in the garage and detailed it himself. I've had the vehicle a bit now and aside from Brandon taking the spotlight, the 2016 Range Rover Evoque I purchased has turned out to be like a new vehicle. Everything about this experience will bring me back to carsindex for my next vehicle. I hope Brandon is the Boss by then!

Beware! If your buying online anyway! I was trying to get the same jeep online for 2 weeks and I kept getting the run around. Sales guy told me he was too busy. Hardly would respond to my messages. I even told them I had the money and was going to give full asking price. The jeep finally sold and I wasn’t even contacted. I will never deal with these people again! They say they will ship a vehicle to you but I guess if your getting one shipped, you come last! Once I told them I needed the vehicle shipped the salesman never worried with me after that. Jeep of my dreams sold when I had the money to get it. Thanks Brandon!

They had one price listed on line, but when you talk to them they add and additional $1500.00 to $4000.00 in "processing Fee" to the price. Pretty shady!!

This morning I had an appointment to meet with one of your reps and test drive the ford bronco I confirmed an hour before my appointment. Then drove 30 minutes to come in and test drive the vehicle. When I arrived I was told that it had been sold, and now it seems that it is still available and your reps had the wrong vehicle. Needless to say I am disappointed with the experience, because I have now wasted my time and didn’t get to test drive Any vehicle let alone the vehicle I am looking for

Drove 4 hours to get there and the car wasn't on site the guy the day before told me I was pre approved for it to find out I wasn't but the new salesman did what he could do to get me approved and put me in the car I wanted Brandon Nalbach is very good salesman to deal with

Quick to write the deal extremely slow in delivering my new vehicle (once on a flatbed, they couldn't even tell me where it was!!) Showed up two days later than promised and over a week later, my old vehicle is still sitting in my driveway waiting to get picked up. Therefore, my payoff on my old vehicle STILL hasn't been taken care of leaving me with two big car payments at the moment!! Not happy and will never buy online again thanks to this horrible experience and very poor customer service.

My experience with them was easy seamless and comfortable. There was no pressure they worked with my schedule they had my best interest at heart leaving my own worn down car to something better and safer. They found solutions and they helped me get my dream car. You won’t regret coming here, it is a great customer experience.

If you want a non hassall, honest & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE- I would highly recommend this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon & Mary both of whom where great individuals and made the car buying experience stress free. Although I knew what I was coming to buy, the team made me feel comfortable about my decision and never tried to hard sale me. I was already on my way to them before I called and they were able to accommodate me. Brandon was very friendly and extremely patient with me. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in and a few others, and I ended up walking out with a great deal on my dream car. Would definitely recommend!

The sale person was knowledgeable, friendly and paid attention to what type of vehicle we were looking for. She did not try to force her opinion on us. If ever I am in the market for vehicle again I will most certainly return to that dealership.

Spoke with Simon, said I'd be out on Saturday to look at the car. I live two hours away. At about 9 I was gathering my things and noticed I had an email on my phone and it turns out the car was sold on Friday. I was never contacted by the dealer. I was contacted by cargurus. Such a joke that I could have driven two hours to end up not even getting to look at the car I wanted. He still hasn't reached out.
