Called in to see if they had the truck available at lunchtime 12pm they said yes. I got out early from work to be there by 2:30pm to have the sales people tell me the truck was sold at 11am the same morning.. wtf. Be honest don’t try and lure people into your doors thinking that they will settle with anything else you have on the lot

This dealer is trying to sell a car that has failed Illinois emissions tests without disclosing that the car can’t pass. Please know that you can ALWAYS sue for your money back if a dealer lies or fails to disclose a significant defect like this, or insists that a car can pass the emission test when it absolutely cannot. I just hope no one gets scammed by these folks.

Unpleasant experience very unprofessional, was never contacted or heard back, I had to call there talked with manager. Manager told me car was there and available, told him I would be tomorrow did they need deposit or anything, manager said no it will be here for you tomorrow. Sold car in a few hours after it seems, was never contacted about it found it was sold on listing by shady Sam in marketplace. Do not waste your time or money, they sell to who they want, should not be in business in any way cut throat autos. Bought a car from a reputable dealer, not shady sam and company worked out in my favor. Pass this place by go the auctions or other dealer. AVOID 147 SHADY AUTOS HOME OF SHADY SAM AND COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT

Came to see this dealer a few nights ago. Drove an hour
and half and they were ready to walk out the door even
thought they closed in 30 mins. Didn't seem interested in
showing the car and was ready to go home, however they
allowed me to test drive but for only 10mins. When I
came back they had paperwork drawn up for me to sign
even though I never said I wanted to purchase a car that
day. I thought it was weird that they expected me to buy a
car i only test drove for 10 minutes and got mad when I
told them no. Overall I would not purchase from them.

Not pushy at all. Helpful staff. Got the keys to several cars to look at quickly. The purchase process took less than 30 minutes! Buy a car - spin a wheel for a prize. Bonus!!

Very informative, answered all my questions, and explained the entire process. A very pleasant experience.
Maverick and the staff at Cars147 were very friendly and extremely honest. They made sure to answer all my questions and just worked quickly without the usual song and dance. They made sure to print off the Carfax report for me, make sure I had enough gas in the tank to test drive it, and ENCOURAGED me to take it to my own mechanic before purchasing. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend Maverick and Cars147.

Very disappointed with my experience at the dealership.
I contacted the dealership on Friday to come down for test drive on Saturday and was told the car would be available.
I was traveling from Detroit to Chicago to test drive the vehicle and so Saturday morning again confirmed my appointment and they said the car is available.
But when I reached the dealership they let some else test drive the car at the time I had scheduled and let me buy the vehicle.
And the dealership didn’t have the courtesy to inform me even I had spoken beforehand that someone else is looking at the vehicle.
Unprofessional service. Complete waste of time and money.

Was told the truck was available, when I got there was told it was sold the evening before, Wasted time and money coming there for nothing, and traveled 70 miles to purchase this Vehicle...Never Again will I deal with this Car Lot!!!!

Maverick was our sales person and was very helpful and not pushy at all. We bought the 2010 odyssey from him and the dealer and it is a great vehicle. Everyone there was helpful and took the time to explain any questions that I had.

Eugene was phenomenal. Vehicle was in decent shape; there were a few minor details that should not have been overlooked, like an oil change. We did not get this car because the engine was rough on the start.

Able to purchase the Chrysler 300 S for a fair price.The staff worked through the deal efficiently.
They responded very quickly to My email request, when I arrived at the Dealership the Car was Clean and ready for Test Driving, and the description of the Vehicle on CarGurus was very accurate, they showed lots of Photos inside and outside the vehicle and I would recommend this Dealership to all My family and friends.

Horrible customer service and vehicle.“Very
unprofessional and I couldn't believe they have
the audacity to even list their vehicle on
CarGurus. First, I spoke to a Eugene who couldn't
really tell me much about the car except that it
was clean and a really good car. I had scheduled
with Eugene to check out the vehicle on a
Saturday because I was coming from out of town
and taking time off from work. I called him 2 days
prior to our appointment to confirm and make
sure the car's availability. He assured me the car
was available and confirmed the appointment. On
the day of the appointment (as agreed), I called
Eugene to let him know I was on my way out. He
said he would have to call me back. After over an
hour, I called Eugene and instead a Maverick
answered. I asked for Eugene and he said he was
with a customer (not knowing I could hear Eugene
tell him to tell me he was with someone because
of his cowardice and lack of honesty). Long story
short, the vehicle wasn't there because the owner
took it for the weekend and it wouldn't be back
until the following Monday. I told Maverick my
concerns and I told him since he told me the truth
about the car, I would deal with him. Maverick did
follow up with me to make sure I was coming in
and I communicated with him my arrival. To my
dismay, I should have stayed in Indiana. The
vehicle was in poor shape and the owner had put
over 2000 miles on the vehicle. The Subaru has
several dings all over and the inside was filthy
with animal hair all over and smelled awful. The
windshield has a small crack, driver side tail light
was broken, the back bumper was noticeably
replaced by a used bumper in which they tried to
fill with black paint, and whomever did the so
called "touch up" paint job, should be fired. The
over spray was very noticeable and would you
believe, they left the black spray paint cap in the
vehicle. Both side mirrors didn't match the vehicle
(not Subaru heated mirrors), I found dog food in
the ashtray and I have no idea what was under
the steering column. The armrest was some
disgusting cushion that clearly didn't belong
inside of a Subaru, and it was more like the
cushion you put on a toilet set in a disgusting
bathroom. Maverick didn't want to stay around
while I checked out the vehicle and I literally had
to convince him to come over so I could ask him
questions. I asked him a very simple question
which was "Did you service the vehicle at all
when you got it in?" His response was "No...it's
fine just the way we bought it!" I told him my
experience as a car salesperson and told him,
normally when a legitimate dealer purchase a
used car, some type of service is done to ensure
the car is worth selling for a profit. He had no idea
what servicing a vehicle was and even asked me
what does "servicing" mean. I was flabbergasted.
He continue to say it's a great car just the way it
is. Hesitantly, because of the filth, I took the car
for a test drive without Maverick accompanying
me on the ride. To no surprise, the vehicle has
definite engine issues, vehicle pulls to the right
when braking. The tailpipe was extremely dirty
showing some indication of internal engine
issues. I checked the fluids, dirty and low, and I
knew this car was a $2000 to $2500 at best. I
went into the dealership, Maverick asked what
did I think and mind you, he said, "It's a really
good car!" I was honest with him and told him the
issues with it and his response was, "The owner
won't take anything less than $6500 plus for it!" I
busted out laughing and told him good luck
because I will not purchase that piece of junk.
Subaru is a classy car and when taken care of,
these cars can last a long time (I should know
because I have one with over 260K miles, still
going strong). Do not buy any car, scooter, bike or
even a skateboard from these clowns at

I gave them One star because the sales person was very nice guy. The battery was dead on the van and he jumped started it. Then it became clear the van didn't belong on a car lot. I mean the engine was junk. It really belonged on a junk yard. They didn't even bother to really clean it up. There were dog hair all over the seat. I am pretty sure if I went for a test drive I wouldn't make it back to the lot. I simply said thank you and gave the car key back to the sales person. He had enough decency not to ask why I wouldn't take the van for test drive like he suggested to me earlier. I thank him for that. All and all my suggestion is don't waste your time driving to this dealer. You would be better off trying your luck at a junk yard, and that was my experience on October 31,2017.

Emilio was decent enough when selling me my Nissan truck, but he sold it with a 30 day,1000 mile warranty. I drove it home, 5 days later the engine is bad. I do not think they knew it was about to go bad but they will not honor the warranty. Emilio keeps saying I have to talk to the manager but manager is supposedly never available. Also he will never call me back. They told me to get an estimate from a local shop. I have spent more then $300 trying to get it going and getting an estimate from a local shop for them. Now they say I have to pay $300 to return to them so they can check out. This has now crossed the line with absolutely no customer service, no backup on the supposed warranty. Buy with caution.
Got there and the car looked terrible. Of course they didn't take pictures of the plentiful amounts of rust including the rotors that were completely caked in rust. Looks like they buy cars for a few hundred dollars and try to sell them for a couple thousand. Save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT go here.

I want and looked at the truck. It didn't meet my needs. Did not have any
personal contact with employees. Everyone I saw in the building was too
busy on their phones to come out and talk w/ me. Not a bad experience...
more like a non-experience.

Great staff. Car was as described. Good price and fair offer for my trade-in.
When I went to go look at the car things were broken in the car like the kennel for the back hatch, the rear wiper was missing & a tear in the seat. On top of all that when I discussed price & I mentioned financing the price went up $1,000, he also would not budge at all on the price saying what needed to be fixed was considered when pricing the van. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!
I wish I could give them no star at all. The sales rep Alex I spoke on the phone told me the car was available and he actually went out to check the car. After confirming me and my wife drove 1.5 hours and when we got there he was mot nice and the car was not available. He was pushing us to buy different car.

called ahead about a vehicle, was told there were no mechanical problems. drove an hour after work to get there, and they had to spend 15 minutes finding the keys. went out to look at the car and the salesman completely ignored me to talk to a guy who walked off the sidewalk. looked at the vehicle and as soon as i started it i heard a distinct knock in the engine. wouldnt have been mad if they had said there were mechanical issues up front or if the salesman was actually helping me. but they just gave me the keys and ignored me. will not shop or recommend this dealer
