My experience was good ,Everything was a very simple process and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable

I did not end up purchasing here but they were friendly and helpful

They gave me the biggest run around story on a vehicle I had called and made an appointment to go and look at/test drive. First, I wasn't told on the phone it was not available anymore so I drove 2 hrs for them to tell me 1. It had been sold on the previous weekend 2. The sign in sheet revealed someone else had been there the same day to look at it. 3. Nancy had no idea how to handle the situation. 4. MD the manager gave me the run around that the vehicle was in such poor shape it was being sent back to auction. They then try to place me in whatever they could find at the moment and most out of my price range. MD assured us that he would look out for something I might be interested in (a SUV) bc they get cars daily. I haven't heard a word and that was last Monday, June 26.

I was a hour away from dealership when I received text messages saying cars no longer available. I feel they should i contacted me the night before considering i had appointment for 12 noon Saturday

Very accommodating

I test drove three cars, each of which would need costly repairs. Although this was acknowledged, no solutions were forthcoming. Was not impressed. I was then told they wouldn't take my trade-in due to a diagnostic code involving the hybrid battery. I have since taken the car to a reputable mechanic who stated there are zero diagnostics codes on my vehicle, and the hybrid battery is in great shape. Yes, a paid mechanic with a shop and everything, who went over my vehicle for several days. Essentially, the folks at COD cost me money I didn't need to spend. I certainly won't be purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

Dealer price on the Cruze eco is overpriced at $6,000. On top of that, the $6,000 is a cash only price. I went in person and he said it was $8,000 to finance. Very Misleading

I wasn't happy with the financials on getting the car. The way he explained it it seemed they we asking for too much on a down payment while the monthly payment would still be in the high 300's.

I wouldn't recommend a dog to buy anything from these people, first of all they lied to me made me drive over an hour and not hold up to their end of the bargain. Then the vehicle they tried to sell me looked as if someone was chewing on the front two tires and they wanted me to drive over a hour back home with the tires in that condition. They also told me that they would change them out, then they came back and said we can't change them and let you have the vehicle for 1500 down because this what the manager said and the guy that came out told us he was the manger. Horrible place!!!

I had an extraordinarily bad and expensive experience with Cars on demand. I saw a Suzuki they advertised on cars guru and although I was out of state I called the dealership to arrange a mobile mechanic to come by and check out the car for me. I emphasized on the phone that I would pay for the car promptly should the mechanic recommend the sale. I also make clear I had planned to fly from Colorado to Texas to pick up the car and drive it home, so the car had to be mechanically sound. Moreover it would cost me $150 to pay mechanic to come by and perform the check.I asked personnel at the dealership for the simple courtesy of letting me know if there was anything wrong with the car or to alert me if it should be sold before the mechanic arrived. When the mechanic did arrive the car was on a charger. He found several problem codes when he ran the scanner including bad battery, alternator, possible coil and computer failures. The cylinders were misfiring. When he drove it for a test dr

Nice, helpful sales staff. Mechanic department could use some work... took an hour and a half to "check the fluids". Bought the car, got it home and had to do front brakes. No big thing, except when you can pull caliper bolts, bracket bolts, and rotor bolts out by hand, without any tools. These things should have been caught in the "inspection" they said they did

Wanted pictures of the vehicle. They referred me to their website, where there were also NO pictures. LOL

I'm interested in the 2013 Altima car and asked for them to load pictures.They wrote back that they would but have yet to see any. I do not want to drive way across town to see and test drive a car that I have no idea how it's visual condition is first.

Car was in very good condition. Everything shown on the website is exactly what you get. Adam and Alex were very helpful and quick in responding to my questions. Adam was able to bring the price down a bit which was really helpful. My girlfriend may be interested in the dealership as well. Recommended for sure.

Everything was clear and understandable

I should have read reviews, everything seemed fine until i pulled up to this place, i should have known when a guy opened the gate with his shirt off and a cigarette in his hand. Although this guy was very nice unlike the owner on the phone who started to get very aggressive when the ram i looked at and started to notice the entire back bed seemed like it had been smashed. Stay away from this dealer very unprofessional and does not like criticism about his trucks or he will get very arrogant and angry at you. Save yourself a trip i found a better mileage truck with a car fax upfront from another dealer with lower miles. This place is a hillbilly dealer stay away.
