I purchased a Truck from CarsofKY. It had a fueling issue that I was told about in the buying process. The dealer put in a aftermarket fuel pump and after I got the truck home the work that was done to fix it did not work. I still had the issue. I then left a review stating the issue and the owner Mike called me almost immediately. He made the situation right. He paid for me to have a new OEM fuel pump in the truck as well as covered my cost for the diagnostic. What I thought was going to be out of pocket for me was covered by the dealership. They did not have to pay for it because I bought the car as is but they did anyways. This to my knowledge was not under any warranty. I think we just got a truck with a bad pump and the initial fix didn't work but the handled the situation professionally and in a timely manner. Go check out there cars and trucks. Corey the salesman is fantastic as well as the owner and the office workers.

Sold but were very responsive
Automated reply within an hour, first actual representative reply within 72 hours. Communication was productive until I raised question and concerns about a major mechanical issue with the automobile of interest. Request the dealership to address and repair the problem or negotiate on price and I would personally cover it, communication and replies abruptly Stopped.

Terrible experience. Stay away from this place. Promise me the car I’m middle of coming to pickup and out of nowhere tells me it’s sold. What kind of business is this. Run as fast as you can

I called regarding the 2012 Scion xB and the dealership representative was very nice and professional; however, the car was listed as an automatic transmission but was actually a manual transmission.

I didn't actually visit this location as the car was sold before I had a chance to look at it, however, while conversing on the phone with the salesman he was very professional and took the time to follow up exactly as he said he would.

Jim, from Cara of Kentucky, contacted me quickly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We did purchase the car, and it was exactly as described. They helped to facilitate the transaction, and even sent their staff out looking for my travel companion, who got lost in their city (When Enterprise rent-a-car WOULDN'T pick me up like their slogan says). I would definitely recommend Cars of Kentucky to anyone looking for a good used car.

We try not to be a pushy dealership or oversell the vehicle; we like to give just facts! I think it’s unfair you gave us a 2 out of 5 rating just for answering a question straight forward. There were no problem with pressure. They showed what they advertise
was what it said. Sales Staff was very helpful. I bought it and drove home
that day. Still very satisfied with the overall deal. My Daughter will be looking
for a good used car in about 3 to 4 months and you guessed it I will be
going there first to see what is on their lot.

They respond quickly, but I was buying a truck and told them I could be there that day. Chris responded back about 2 hours later and said there is people here looking at it and then it sold, if he would have told me what time they opened I could have been there before the other people

I went to CARS of Kentucky and looked at a couple of suvs. They were ok but had some minor issues that made me a little uneasy. Jim, the sales person was laid back and very perishable. They have good pricing on good cars, in general.

The price was great but the vehicle was a
lot more abused than expected. The
salesman was honest I guess, and waited
late in the evening for me to get there
from Tn. It was dark when I arrived and
couldn't really inspect the vehicle as well
as I should have. I bought it anyway
because of price more than anything. It
drives good but needs a paint job.
