My name is Arsha Khamenehi, and as of January 2026, I’ve taken over ownership of our family dealership here in Tacoma. While the ownership may be new, the foundation is not. Our dealership has been family-owned since 1998, built on long-term relationships, honesty, and the belief that how you treat people matters just as much as the cars you sell. I grew up in this business. I’ve seen every side of it — the good, the bad, and the shortcuts that too often give car dealerships a bad reputation. Those experiences, combined with my formal automotive education and years spent building everything from everyday vehicles to race cars, shaped how I approach this business today.

Had a great experience with Marquez. He was responsive and worked hard to get a new car on the lot ready to show me. There was zero pressure and even though the car wasn’t the right fit for me I would still recommend Marquez at Cars R Us to anyone looking to buy a car.

I am still working with dealership but so far this dealership has been great answering all my questions, and doing everything they can in getting me the car I want and the payments I can afford. These guys are great.

They called us about a WRX I wanted to go see, but we got cold feet after reading it was apart of a fleet and I didn't want a car driven like it was stolen for 20k miles. But overall they were really nice and not pushy.

Was hopeful that I would get approved since I was pre approved by Westlake but after working with the finance person at cars r us, she said I would need double the down payment that I listed when I got pre approved

I did purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately it was in much poorer condition than they stated. I was forced to take it into my mechanic two days later. It has cost me hundreds of dollars to get it to a point it is safe to drive. The passenger door would not open and it is written into the contract they would repair the door. I have called twice, was told both times I would be called back and no one has done so. At this point I would recommend to anyone to avoid this business. I do not feel they do business in an ethical manner.

They kept in contact even when I would forget to call back or whatnot. Never went to see the car but got all the information I needed over the phone to give to my bank. Very nice and very fast at responses. Then when I mentioned I got a car, I never heard from them again. Not even those annoying subscribed messages. It was perfect.

I would definitely recommend this car lot to all my friends and family, they definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. We bought the truck at an excellent price, they got us great financing with one of their local credit unions, thanks to all of you at cars r us

Absolutely disgusted with this place. The cars were filthy! Smelt like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes in them, stains all over the interior. When asked if they clean them before we buy them they said yes if we pay for it. For whatever reason I still wanted to test drive one of the cars and was told no, not until I get approved to finance it and sign papers for it because “they don’t want to put miles on it if I’m not 100% into buying it” the papers they wanted me to sign were to get approved for it and buy it. Will never shop here again.

Morgyn, I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience we learn from these experiences. I will use your feedback to grow my company by ensuring future clients don't feel the same.

Unlike most dealerships we are a small family business and own all of our vehicles because of this we do not allow test drives on specialty and higher value vehicles unless there is a preapproval or proof of funds available. Wouldn't you do the same if you were selling your own car? No one wants to buy a vehicle that has been driven by every person that thought it was cool but had no intention of buying it.

They have an online form to fill out to see what they offer on trade for your current car. When your done and submit the info they do not give you an answer. They send a message asking you to come in. :(

Never ended up buying from them.350 miles away but they we're vary informational​.they stayed in contact.but were not pushy.had any extra money love to have that BMX..

The salesman that helped me, Tony, was very knowledgeable about all of the cars on his lot and extremely nice. He wasn't just trying to push a car to get money, he genuinely wanted to have a conversation with me and help me find a car that would be a good fit for my budget and comfort. Definitely a 5/5 rating and would recommend to anyone looking for a first car.

I was very interested in a specific car and had researched the value. From two sources(KBB,NADA, guides) based off conditon and miles. The dealer wouldn't give an asking price, so i whent in person. Once there I looked the car over and came up with a list of imperfections. It was missing the shift knob, 3 center caps to the wheels, cracked windshield, and the interior had the scent of a pet store full of dogs. I whent on a test drive next. To seal the deal it had a slipping clutch to the point of not being able to get up to speed. I was done at that point, but they said they would fix it before it was sold. I told them that fair value price was $4,700. Then gave them all the reasons why it was more like in poor condition with an offer of $4000 cash at the end. Their final word was it was an $11,000 dollar car no matter what. All lies from start to finish with this place and the try and push over priced cars with 200k miles.
