I spoke to and met with James Robinson. He was super professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Unfortunately, someone paid cash for the car before I even had a chance to get to the bank with my purchase order, but I still had a great experience at the dealership because of James Robinson's excellent customer service.

I was pleased with the quick response Lance Cunningham provided. I am planning to purchase an Escape ST- Line in the near future.

We looked at the car, but ended up buying something else on the lot that we liked better. The salesman listened well and was patient, answering our questions and showing us options. No pressure; very helpful. Yes, I would recommend this dealerships.

Couldn't come to a agreement on Purchase requirements but they are fast at response, Cash deals on some there trucks would be a good deal for anyone looking.

They were nice enough, was told at first they had already sold the car in a voicemail but when I called back they said something about it being a system error and that they did still have the car. Turns out it did sell in the first place but they still wanted me to look at their other cars when I was shopping for a specific car in the first place.

When I was said and done the price of the car was up to almost 12 1/2 thousand dollars. $2000 more than the asking price. Other added fee should be included in the advertise price so I don’t waste my time.

I gave dealer notice of my arrival and after driving 3.5 hrs I get there to be told that van was in shop and it be a week before I could look at it. No apologies salesperson didn’t even bother to get up from his desk nor anyone else for that matter.

Truck had dents and touch up paint in several place. After talking to a salesman over the phone I was lead to believe the truck was in perfect condition (salesman stated truck was in perfect shape) valance was 50% attached.

Contacted about a vehicle. Scheduled a test drive. The next day the listing was removed. I contacted again to see if it was taken down due to me coming to look at it. 1 person said it was still there just not for sale??? Why have the listing up if it isn't for sale???. Another said it was sold and gone. Never got back with me regarding who was correct or if the truck was even there.

They were very quick to respond but I had found what I wanted prior to moving forward with thier car.

I just want to take a minute and share the outstanding experience at Cars 4 U LLC I had last week. This was a very smooth process from very beginning. I never purchased a car from dealership before and I’m happy that I selected the right one to purchase my first “big girl car” :-) Most importantly, my salesman was very patient with me, extremely genuine and knowledgeable in the auto business. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. He really listened to the description of the car and features I’m looking for and provided with multiple options to select from. Final price was exactly as negotiated and no surprises. First time financing the car was extremely easy and smooth. He got me approved for a good interest rate considering my slightly below average credit line. He went above and beyond making sure I am not leaving without the car of my current dreams! Plus my 35th birthday was approaching and he made sure that all paperwork is done on time and without any delays!

Whatch your numbers when doing paperwork. They post on price then try to add a few thousand to it when they do the financial paperwork.

They have a hidden fee of $499.99 for advertising and title processing fee that is not included in the price of the car. 299.99 is reasonable but this was extreme.

I told them that I was really interested in seeing the car. I informed them that I had military duties on weekend that they wanted me to come and see the car. I told them that I will be able to see the car next week, hell I even told them the give me the full final price and I'll get a cashiers check from my bank. The lady on the phone told me that in order for them to hold the car I would have to give them a $500.00 deposit. I was ok with it but when I asked if I ended up not really liking the car would I get my money back she replied with an answer that I didn't like. Funny thing is that a few days before that same weekend I was scheduled to view the car, they sold the car to someone else. I ended up going to another dealership and they were really helpful and did everything to make sure I was satisfied with the car I was looking at. I ended up buy the type of car that I wanted that day.

I am UTK student who was looking for something affordable and cheap on gas, like Hyundai Elantra or Kia Forte. I have never had any car payments in my life. I went to the dealership and in one hour I drove home in my new car. Such an awesome experience! I never thought it could be that easy! On top the that - great customer service!
