Waiting to get approval or an answer back
I would do business with Carros N Trucks a thousand times over! They are a family owned
dealership and were transparent the entire way through. I am a single woman and did not
feel discomfort at all throughout the process. Very helpful and understanding without any
unnecessary pressure to move faster than I wanted. I am so happy with my new Mazda.
They put all cars through quality control and detailed my purchase from 2021 to look brand
new. Big thanks to Lou and the team :)
Lou and Jenny were very friendly the car I went to see was very nice and as advertised however
we were not able to agree on a price that work for both of us.to bad it was a clean well cared for
car!

Even the overall communication is very slow, they provided all the details I asked for except the case that the vehicle was already
confirmed by somebody else, and came to know once I reach there for test drive

Very up front and honest looking forward to doing a deal with them
The car buying experience is not for everyone. Dan Reed auto has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the minute I stepped in the office Dan made me feel right at home. While I was there yo see a specific vehicle, the old school cars in his garage caught my attention and we spent the next 30 minutes going into detail on the pre 70s cars. I thought I loved cars, Dan was so enthusiastic about every vehicle and allowed me to sit in and get a feel for all of them. The entire time I was at the dealership, I never felt pressured to purchase a car. At no point did Dan seem untrustworthy, and he again never felt as if I was at a dealership. Needless to say I purchased a vehicle from Dan Reeds Auto. Prior reviews is what caused me to go there. I live in Riverside County and traveled to San Diego County and all reviews are spot on. If your in the market for a new to you vehicle, I highly recommend Dan Reed Auto

Dan and Miguel were great- very patient, working through all the information with me. Had some mechanical things pop up the first week,
