Dealer had me driver over 2 hours and once I told the head sales person I was working with someone else he got very frustrated because he wanted the sale. I was 20 minutes away when he had the other sale rep call to say someone is gonna purchase it so don’t worry about coming, mind you I was already working with this other sales rep for 2 days before I was driving to go and buy the car. Never again worse experience ever!!! Whatever issues they have in the dealership had nothing to do with me I really drove over 2 hours in the rain to go buy the car and got turned away
I called this dealer, Car Point Auto
Group, about a truck that they had for sale. I
told them that I had cash money ready to
make a deal. All I asked them to do was send
me a few pictures of the under side of the
truck. I talked to a lady named Victoria who
I guess didnât think I was very serious
about buying. Iâm in Texas, and they are in NJ.
I was going to buy and ship truck to Texas.
Bad experience with this company. They
definitely missed out on a sale.

My whole experience with Carpoint Auto Group is amazing , they are really amazing with their customer care , and how honest they are when it comes to asking about the carfax, asking to test drive it , given you option to take it to your mechanic to inspect their car and have their own mechanic they make sure the car your looking is ready to go. My whole experience at Carpoint Auto group is amazing , and Jose is amazing Car salesman and the whole staff there down to earth , treat you like family , the good type of family

I called to ask about a vehicle. I asked explicitly whether vehicle had issues that did not show up on the CarFax. The salesman told me "no." I then took off half a day to go check out the car. It was obviously in an accident and had a malfunctioning collision sensor. The salesman played dumb. Even if the sensor issue just "appeared," the accident damage was obvious even to somebody without auto body expertise. In the age of internet reviews, you have to know you're gonna called out for this type of dishonesty.
Terrible. If I could give a half a star I would. The salesman was great but that’s about it. Other staff was unprofessional and that’s an understatement. I felt like I was in a men’s locker room with all the cursing and conversations going on around me. The owner wouldn’t negotiate at all on our deal or even seem to care. Just a horrible experience and atmosphere

The sales guy Tony was nice, and the truck I looked at was nice, but my experience was horrible!!! In the sense of the head sales manager, not being fair, or reasonable at all!!! Would not budge on their price, and even though I explained to them, where my monthly payment needed to be!!! They weren't even close, as I have excellent credit, and was approved for much better at other dealers!!! They never showed me their numbers, or calculations, and in the end I felt I was lied to, and decieved!!! The numbers they gave did not add up, and the sales manager even made the statement, " that's just business" when I tried to question the numbers!!??

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. Car was ready and immediately took car for test drive. Car was a little dirty to hide the true condition. Sales manager/owner was not very flexible in his price although they indicated they were willing to deal prior to driving 2 hours, was a little disappointed. Car was $5 -$6k over blue book and he was willing to discount $2k if I took car that day. Bought same car with 15k more miles but in much better condition on my way home for $6k less.

Had a very excellent experience at this auto dealership the staff where very attentive on everything overall. One thing that stood out from this dealership from the other dealerships is that without any hessitations they let me test drive the car right away. They will work with you to get you to have the best and comfortable experience possible. Carlos our rep had a very down to earth personality and was honest with everything that was going on from the car info to the deal itself. Rarely you see honest reps in dealership now and days. The finance manager was also a cool and knowledgeable person overall. Out of the 7 cars and dealerships I’ve purchased from this one is by far the best and honest experience I’ve had so far.
